Honesty, a lost art of communications. The smallish parking lot was big enough for a few cars. There are Adirondack chairs you can rest in or wait while your partner shops. There's a lot to wander thru and enjoy. While I would have liked to buy out a good deal of the store, I just can't justify bringing more home. So much to enjoy at this shop.

She poured a pop on the couch and it didn't absorb!! They delivered the couch the next day and it wouldn't fit in any of my building's elevators. I was afraid I'd have to return it. The delivery guys left. Then an hour later Amy Jo called me and said they were coming back with a their guy and we're gonna carry this massive sectional couch up 12 flights of stairs for me!! Best Xmas ever. I cried and tipped them well for their superior service and amazing kindness. Love this store and the service!! There's so much more I want to buy there. Will be back soon.

We ordered living room furniture and bedroom furniture last March 17. Part of the living room furniture was lost and that item had to be cancelled. We had waited 5 months and only received part of the order. So we cancelled that one item and ordered from another company and got it delivered in 10 days. We received only part of our bedroom furniture in November but the bed itself has been sitting at their delivery hub since October 3rd. We were notified 2 days ago that it would be delivered this coming Thursday and we're then notified today that it had been cancelled again. Despite emails and texts sent to their leadership team by each agent I spoke with, no one from leadership has ever attempted to contact me. I find it highly disappointing that a company with the reputation of Williams Sonoma/Pottery Barn conducts their business in such a haphazard manner. I cannot recommend this company at all. Furniture quality I'd excellent but follow through is very poor.

My builder needs me to tell him next week where I want floor electrical outlets, so I asked Arhaus for the simple schematic that shows furniture placement in my living room. Arhaus said.... " I am not permitted to give the actual schematic, as it is considered ARHAUS intellectual property. Once we have officially decided on the furniture selections and placement, I can suggest a general location for floor receptacles. And you will have the actual dimensions for all the pieces you choose, so you can definitely decide from there!" Buyer beware! I'm done with Arhaus, and they missed a $50,000 - $70,000 sale.

That is totally unacceptepable. We also ordered a $6000 couch that took 5 months to arrive. It does absolutelty NO GOOD to talk to the people at the store. I would not buy from them again.
