Due to COVID I assume things have changed a bit but there was beer tastings available outside plus beer to drink on their outdoor seating. There a limited menu of food available as well but mostly we came here for the beer. My fave is still Lug Tread! People here were super friendly and kind. Followed protocol and everywhere wore a mask when needed. I highly recommend coming here to check it out if you're a fan! We ended up with some beer, tshirts (on sale) and a sweater as well. Our daughter loved the tractors and that she was allowed to play on them. Beer selection was pretty good, though I was hoping for something darker. Their artwork on the beer labels is pretty good, made it pretty tempting to buy a shirt. We got an amber and a Juiced AF. Both were quite good, perfect for the warm weather. Rest of the family was home cooking dinner so we were really just grabbing a beverage and an app to split. There was live music, had a very difficult time understanding what he was singing even though we knew the songs. Bartender was very chill and did a great job. Place was busy so reservations would be ideal rather than popping in. Second night the other half of my family came for dinner. We had an appetizer of buffalo cauliflower which was good. I enjoyed my shepherds pie, grandfather liked his fish & chips (which I seen a lot of people order the night before). My uncle had chicken wings while my cousin had chicken sandwich, both were pleased with their meals as well. I imagine there is a lot of traffic from the hotel in the same plaza. Parking can be very difficult later in the evening. One thing that aggravated me was the lack of care to keep a clean sidewalk free if ice and snow. I say this because my girlfriend is disabled and where the handicap parking spot is the ramp and the sidewalk leading to the main entrance was covered in snow. Not only that anyone who is elderly would have difficulties walking as well.

They were understaffed and the servers were beyond frustrated with the manager and the way things were being handled. Our server (Brooke) was fantastic and was pushed to tears due to the way things are being handled by the manager. While Brooke (and the other servers) were great. The Manager was the total opposite. His approach was arrogant and quite condescending. He did not help to solve problems, only made things worse. Food was so backed up we ordered a couple pizzas and brought them to our table. And getting a drink was just as bad. I never did get my food order. It was too late (and after a few drinks) to leave and go elsewhere. And that patio is quite a nice location. Lots of space and comfortable. Overall The hotel is quite clean md modern and well appointed. Not fancy but quite nice. I will stay here again. If you want to eat or have a drink there are many more restaurants a a short drive away in downtown Cornwall that will leave you well fed and satisfied. The Jet Set is not one of them. They need to review this operation before it's too late.

You want to be brought in and it's dark and moody with the BEST craft cocktail list. The theme is duck - which is so fun. Our bartender was OUTSTANDING. He gave not only the best drink recommendations, but also gave us a hand written list of his favorite spots in MTL (drinks, dining, activities, etc). The bar was completely packed, and there was only one bartender making drinks, so the wait was a bit longer than expected. We decided to give it another try, and I'm so glad we did. The second visit was amazing! The bartender working that night was incredible--she clearly knows her craft and made our drinks quickly without sacrificing quality. Every cocktail was delicious, and the overall experience was much more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Coldroom. My only suggestion would be that, with a space that busy, the bar could really benefit from having an additional bartender during peak hours. It would help keep wait times down and make an already great experience even better.
