Rest of the family was home cooking dinner so we were really just grabbing a beverage and an app to split. There was live music, had a very difficult time understanding what he was singing even though we knew the songs. Bartender was very chill and did a great job. Place was busy so reservations would be ideal rather than popping in. Second night the other half of my family came for dinner. We had an appetizer of buffalo cauliflower which was good. I enjoyed my shepherds pie, grandfather liked his fish & chips (which I seen a lot of people order the night before). My uncle had chicken wings while my cousin had chicken sandwich, both were pleased with their meals as well. I imagine there is a lot of traffic from the hotel in the same plaza. Parking can be very difficult later in the evening. One thing that aggravated me was the lack of care to keep a clean sidewalk free if ice and snow. I say this because my girlfriend is disabled and where the handicap parking spot is the ramp and the sidewalk leading to the main entrance was covered in snow. Not only that anyone who is elderly would have difficulties walking as well.

STILL ONE OF MY FAVORITE BREWERY IN QUEBEC!…read more Dieu du Ciel has been one of my favorite craft brewery for years, and we were glad to have to chance to be there in person during this trip. It's like "dream comes true" to us! :) We had a few flights, and beer was awesome as expected. The pleasant surprise though, is that they also have a relatively long list of rare bottles on their menu. We tried the 2022 L'Exorciste and we absolutely love it! Their patio is spacious with a chill atmosphere - perfect place to hang out with a few friends on warm and sunny days! Food quality is good - I'd say it's slightly above average "pub food" (hence, a solid 3.5 stars). Factoring in the 5-star rating for the beer, that's why I'd give them a 4-star overall. As you'd expect, we bought a full box of beers (including a few bottles of L'Exorciste) before we left. I'll definitely come back when I visit the area again in the future!

He absolutely made our day. We were jet-lagged and bleary-eyed, but spending time with him wiped that away, and the food - which was absolutely excellent - helped send us on our way to sleep. We had lunch there again today (that's how smitten we are), and we had the great fortune of meeting Emma who was a bright light in our day. She too has a marvelous sense of humor, and she treats all the customers with kindness, interest, and true attention - a trait that is so lacking in our time of everyone being glued to a cell phone. We adore the pub and will return during our five days here in Montreal. The food is great, and the people make the experience stellar.

We ordered, my guests going for burgers and fries and I am going for appetizers. Well, let me say, the experience was great. The food was good, the beers cold and the waitress was fast and reliable, while being discrete. A huge improvement from this spring (which I didn't bother rating). A nice pub to go.
