I worked with Erik Webber through the whole process and got exactly what we were looking for. The cost was reasonable even with choosing higher end components as the labor side of things was as low as my cheapest bid. I'm happy I chose this route as we had a couple issues with the Marvin customer service representative wanting to support their product, but Erik saw it through for us and handled the minor miscellaneous details even though the Marvin windows were our choice. When the Marvin service technician came over, Erik came over as well to ensure we got what we needed. The technician did a really good job and we are happy.

He started by down grading the insurance adjuster and the company who gave us a quote before him. We thought that was very unprofessional. He seemed like he was trying to pressure us to make a decision right then. When he was droning on about financing my wife as well as myself told him we didn't need to discuss this at that time he continued on as if it didn't matter what we said. All we needed was an estimate at that time. He said he really couldn't without talking to us in person. When we cancelled the appointment about the estimate he all of sudden could get an estimate together and email one. This one person is keeping us away from knowing if this is a decent business or not. We are done.
