The staff didn't greet me upon entering and seemed annoyed when I asked a question while using the self-checkout. As someone visiting from out of town, I wasn't aware there was a charge for bags--and while I understand that may be local policy, it still felt off. When you're making purchases, you don't expect to be nickel-and-dimed for basic things like a shopping bag. Between the lack of customer engagement and the extra charges, the experience felt more frustrating than fun. These types of stores are starting to feel like more of a rip-off than a value.

There are so many plants, trees and flowers that you can take home and try not to kill. No matter how hard I try though, I seem to always kill my plants.
