Carolina at The White Magnolia-Nashville was truly a dream to work with at this new Nashville location. I live in Nebraska, but am getting married in Nashville next year. Although I visited and found some top contenders for my wedding dress in Nebraska, I was having a hard time committing as each dress (although beautiful) was missing something and I couldn't pinpoint what. As a result, when we went for a weekend of wedding planning in Nashville, I figured why not see if any dress shop in Nashville had available appointments? Maybe they had a different selection! I had no realistic belief that I would actually buy a dress being from out of town! Carolina (the manager) managed to get me in for an appointment with 48 hours notice. More importantly, she actually read my appointment request (which probably said something like "uh...I found dresses I really like, but can't figure out why they aren't the 'one'"... very articulate) and immediately texted me to ask me to send her pictures of my top contenders and my hesitations about each one in order to make sure she had a selection that would not waste my time. From our texts, she curated a beautiful selection of dresses that were spot-on in the realm of what I liked! At our appointment, she gave amazingly helpful tips in narrowing which dresses were dresses we wanted to revisit at the end of the appointment and which should be knocked out right away. She blended the perfect combination of being supportive and soothing, but also realistic and serious about the dresses in order to guide me (a master in indecision) to making choices and actually figuring out what I wanted. At the end of it all, I left the shop with 2 dresses in mind, and booked a follow-up appointment to come back two days later before I flew out. When I threw her a curveball an hour before the appointment to ask if I could revisit one dress that we had earlier tried on, but had not made the "top 2" cut, she responded immediately with affirmation and supportive words - she never made me feel like a burden! By that afternoon, I had settled on that 3rd dress (a dress she had pulled for me at our first appointment that I may have never picked out on my own) and left the shop with a receipt in hand (as well as some congratulations goodies!) and gratitude that Carolina carefully and respectfully guided me toward a dress that I am extremely excited about. As an aside, the White Magnolia-Nashville location is truly a pristine and beautiful little shop - I wish that I could borrow the interior decorator for my own home! My daughter has always had a very clear vision of the dress she wants to get married in. Simple, classic and relatively modest (no plunging neckline, please). You'd be surprised at how hard it is to find a wedding dress that meets this criteria; we visited most of the bridal shops in the Nashville area to no avail. Thankfully, the White Magnolia had a few dresses that were "almost perfect", so they simply asked the designer to combine two dresses (with a few extra tweaks) to create the dress of my daughter's dreams. Essentially, she got a "custom-designed" couture wedding dress for an off-the-rack price! And though our search was laser-focused, they have a large variety of dresses of every kind from which to choose. From the setting (beautiful decor and large, private dressing suites) to the customer service (Carolina could not have been more gracious and helpful), this place is top-notch. When it is time for my other daughter to go wedding dress shopping, we won't waste our time going anywhere else! read more

As soon as I arrived for my appointment, I knew I had found the perfect place! The White Magnolia was the final bridal boutique I visited during my wedding dress weekend, and it was definitely worth the wait! Alayna was incredibly patient and kind, guiding me through the process of finding my perfect dress. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try on styles I hadn't considered, which was both refreshing and enlightening. When it came time to choose between two dresses, Alayna gave me ample time to try them on, walk around, and see how they moved as I walked. She even brought out a bouquet and veil to complete the look! Although I was having a hard time deciding, Alayna's guidance was invaluable in helping me make the right choice. My family and I had such a wonderful experience at The White Magnolia Nashville. I loved that I was able to look at dresses through pictures when I booked my appointment. Carolina and her team had the dresses waiting in my room which was very welcoming and personal. The girls were very knowledgeable of the gowns and really had an eye for the perfect finishing touches. I found my dream wedding gown and celebrated with champagne as well as the cutest gift bag filled with goodies! We left truly feeling like friends of The White Magnolia. I can't say enough great things about this bridal shop. It's in the perfect location in Franklin with several shops close by to browse downtown. It's a must when shopping for your gown in Nashville! After announcing that I was getting married, my coworker told me about her friend Meagan that worked here. I reached out to her via Instagram and she was SO SWEET! She invited me to the Sip & See, and honestly, if you're getting married and there's one available during the time you're dress shopping.... GO TO THE SIP & SEE! It was so nice to be able to see the dresses up close and choose the ones you liked, or in my case.... LOVED! I chose about 20 dresses! I was able to meet Meagan in person and walk around the shop with her as she wrote down every style of dress I chose for my appointment that following Saturday. I can not say enough great things about The White Magnolia! I had previously gone to another dress appointment at another bridal boutique in Nashville and felt crushed when I never got the excited feeling of trying on dresses or having hopes of finding the one. AHHH! I can't say enough about these girls! I was a true enneagram wing 7 when it came to getting my dress. I drove all the way to Atlanta to try the sister company dress of the dress I tried on at White Magnolia and the girls at White Magnolia were so kind as a processed which was the "one". I ended up going back and getting the first dress I loved! The whole experience was so comfortable. I feel like the ladies there are my new friends. They were never too pushy or too sales-ey. They were so helpful! I felt super comfortable and they made the process very relaxed. I walked into my room and they had a board that said welcome Mrs. with my new last name. I had Alayna as a stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She made my wedding dress dreams come true. I picked out some dresses but just couldn't find the one until she came back with one she picked out and I fell in LOVE!!! She was so sweet and I'm so happy she ended up being my stylist. Hannah is the absolute best. She is great at her job and asks all the right questions. They fit you better than any dress shop and will do it in front and back for you to get a feel on all angles. 10/10 would recommend. The shop was beautiful.
