We emailed back and forth and I mentioned wanting to really try on a specific dress from the line. They said they didn't have that one but would see what they could do. The day of my appointments comes and I assumed they couldn't get the dress so I had given up thinking I'd be able to try it on. I walk in and the dress is hanging on the rack right in front! They had it shipped in and surprised me with it. I actually cried when I tried it in because it was perfect and I couldn't believe they did that for me. This team is the absolute best and was so helpful and encouraging and found the perfect veil to match my dress. I cannot thank them enough for getting my dream dress in for me to try on.

When I expressed my concerns for this, I was assured it would probably be around ~$600-$800 for the alterations (they don't have an in house seamstress). I've now gotten multiple quotes for over $1,200 with the changes I need. I wish the Fab Frocks team was more knowledgeable about how much alterations actually might actually cost because now I am paying 60% of my dress price in alterations. Not to mention the "off the rack" dress is actually not discounted at all and I should've called another bridal shop to just order the dress in a size closer to mine. If you need a dress asap, this is your place! If not, you're better off finding somewhere that you can custom order.

I am so happy to see that Ann is still the owner. We made an appointment online, and on the day of our appointment Carol took care of us. I was able to bring 3 of my closest friends with me to my appointment, and there was seating provided for them while they waited to see the gowns. We were directed where to look for gowns my size, and were given so many wonderful options. Overall I tried on 6-7 dresses, and never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The appointment lasts for 90 minutes total. Carol took care of us by listening to comments and observations, and then made suggestions and recommendations to try. I put my full trust in Carol, because thanks to her recommendations I found a dress that made me FEEL like a bride! I was there to try on different silhouettes, and while I did not say yes to the dress (yet), I believe they serve champagne once you purchase a gown. Their prices are very reasonable, and they will ask you for your budget so that they can direct you where to look on the racks and make realistic recommendations. If your budget is $5,000 or less, then this shop has the selection for you! I cannot wait to come back to check out their other options (mother-of-the bride gowns, especially), and take another look through their gorgeous gowns.

This vast assortment of dresses were so absolutely beautiful while the staff led up by Marie Claire were so helpful in the fitting of our runway models, that even this broad started to daydream about frolicking around in a little ivory number. Designer Callie Tein customizes stunning gowns for what is supposed to be one of the most important days of your life. The boutique itself is whimsical and comfortable with a grand selection of gowns to choose from. Just heavenly. Though there aren't many dresses, it's sort of a "excellent specimens of each major style" sort of shop. It's not overwhelming, so it's a great choice if you're overwhelmed or stressed. I spent time trying on several gorgeous dresses, sipping my tea, and taking photos of the beautiful earth toned bridesmaids dresses. It feels luxurious and there are big beautiful mirrors. Also, I HIGHLY recommend Maggie- as an anxious bride, she put me at ease, joked with me the whole time, gave opinions when asked but left plenty of space for me to decide how I felt, and kept it exciting and fun the whole time.
