Lisa's attention to detail was amazing and she volunteered to be the day of coordinator for the wedding--which she did perfectly. The day of my appointments comes and I assumed they couldn't get the dress so I had given up thinking I'd be able to try it on. I walk in and the dress is hanging on the rack right in front! They had it shipped in and surprised me with it. I actually cried when I tried it in because it was perfect and I couldn't believe they did that for me. Ultimately, we found the perfect dress and I spent nearly an hour prancing around in it and Cain, Brianna, Blue, Bobbie, and Joy were so welcoming and sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we got the biggest bang for our buck and left feeling excited. That dress was found online, on their website but their website said it was Out of Stock, so I politely told her that I understood that they may not have that dress and if we could find something similar to it, then I'm okay with that. Dana wrote down the number that was included with the dress and said she would be right back. Dana comes back WITH THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS AND IN MY SIZE! This dress could not be found in their database. It was nowhere to be found at ANY of their locations across the US. How is it that the dress of my dreams happens to be in the location I live close to and IN MY SIZE?!?! Fate. So Dana takes me back to the dressing room, helps me try on my dress, and it fits like a glove. Perfect. No alterations needed, it all fit me perfectly!! My friend is very proactive. She had picked out the dresses for us and I was able to go try them both on. Kendall was very helpful in clipping the dress when the dress was too big and helping zip and unzip. She helped confirm my correct size, which I had an idea prior to showing up. She was able to give me a rough estimate on how long it would take for the dress to arrive and when I needed to return to have alterations done as well. Very mindful. Very efficient.
