A totally unexpected experience! I flew into Nashville from Denver to visit a friend last October. We were both recently engaged and set up an appointment "just to look." I hadn't even thought about a dress yet - No Pinterest board, ideas, or anything. My plan was to visit the boutique and try on different styles to see what fit right or what styles I liked/disliked. Mary was our stylist and she was super helpful! She pulled a variety of different styles and was so patient. When I put on "the dress" I just knew. I ordered it that day. My visit to LUXE Bridal was the best dress shopping experience I've had, hands down. The staff is so attentive, professional, and accommodating. LUXE's stylist, Cevonne, was so kind and took the time to understand my vision and chat with my best friend who came along for the appointment. LUXE schedules one appointment at a time, so you get privacy and valuable time to try on dresses. It's a very relaxing atmosphere where future brides and their friends/family feel welcome and comfortable. Plus, the entire studio is beautiful! Although I didn't end up purchasing my wedding dress from LUXE, I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Nashville area looking to find the perfect dress for their big day. This was such a disappointing experience. From the minute I walked through the door I felt unwelcome. I don't know the names of anyone who helped me because they didn't even bother to introduce themselves. There was no small talk, no asking me about myself, my groom or our wedding, and I genuinely felt that they didn't listen to me when I described the dresses I was interested in. Every time I put myself into a dress, they just stared at me silently, giving no feedback or information. With 25 minutes left in an hour long appointment, one of the women said "I'll see if you have any time left, and if so I can try to find another dress for you to try." I ended up leaving with 15 minutes to spare because I felt they wanted me gone, and I was so uncomfortable being there! You could cut the tension with a knife. Trying on wedding dresses should be joyous and positive, and my experience here was anything but that. If this is how they treat all their clients I don't know how they make any sales. read more

Niya was my consultant and she was amazing! I went in alone to try dresses on because of COVID, but having Niya felt like I had a friend there! I ended up finding one dress I loved but still wanted to go to another place to try a few others I had my eye on. Long story short I came back to Luxe, Niya had the dress pulled for me and I tried it on again, this time with my sister and Mom who were in town. I fell even more in love with the dress and my family loved it! The ordering process was super easy! She took measurements right there and the payment process was super seamlessly. I had the absolute best shopping experience with Niya at Luxe Bridal Studio! It was my first time shopping for wedding dresses, and Niya was so supportive and easygoing which made a stressful experience feel like a dream. She really paid attention to everything I wrote in my questionnaire as far as what to pull for me before my appointment, and even added a dress she posted on Instagram that I loved. The appointment reservation fee was $10, but honestly to have a completely private appointment was worth wayyyyyy more than that. The studio itself is intimate and cozy. There's a convenient parking lot right outside, and the studio is very private, which I loved, especially for my first time trying on dresses. Niya already had some things pulled for me to try on, and then let my guests and me pick out a few others to try as well. Niya was super adaptable, and listened to my feelings on each of the dresses and was able to eliminate styles/swap out samples for me to try on based on my feedback. I also loved how she would pair the dresses with different veils, so I could get a sense of what a completed look might be. It was truly the best experience. The range of dresses that Luxe carries is so impressive. There was something to fit every bridal style- From boho to ballgown, understated to glitzy AF, but every one of them was absolutely gorgeous. At the end of my appointment, Niya took my measurements and ran the numbers on my dress to give me to keep and think on it. She was never pushy or aggressive for a sale, and instead felt more like your cool aunt guiding you through your journey of finding a gown. I loved every moment of my experience at Luxe, and if I could give Niya and her team 10 stars I would!! What a phenomenal experience! The consultant Bri was just nothing short of wonderful and gracious. My mom was in town just for that weekend and we had been running all over to try and get as much done with her in town as possible. Her living out of state meant there was a real worry that she may not be there for the gown shopping process and Bri really helped make that work. First, we were running late because we went to the wrong address. Bri was kind and gracious while I explained what happened and she helped make up for that time by pulling some dresses that were within my price range and what I was looking for. We got there and the shop looks stunning, just like the dresses. And let me tell you, Bri knew how to pick 'em! Not a dud in the bunch! I tried on a dress that had the waterworks flowing HARD, but I knew I had another appointment and was just caught in the "what if". Bri again surprised us by saying she would stay behind a while longer after her next appointment to allow us to come back if that was actually my dress. The other appointment went MUCH longer than expected, but in going above and beyond Bri waited an extra HOUR PLUS for us to come back and try the dress back on. It was my dress, no more questions. Every time I apologized for intruding on her day she just kept saying "you'll be back" and "No problem, I knew that was your dress". I found the most breathtaking dress and got to have my mom there with me for the decision, which in and of itself was priceless. I truly cannot thank Bri enough for the generosity of her time and patience. And the sweet thank you card I received in the mail was just the cherry on top. Niya and Bri are SO amazing!! I came in last weekend to try on a ballgown I had my eye on from ELYSEE and LUXE Bridal was having the ELYSEE trunk show so it was the perfect opportunity to try it on. I ended up not liking the way the dress looked on me but Bri pulled some other amazing gowns! I had my fiancé take videos of all the gowns I tried on and after rewatching them at home I couldn't stop thinking about a particular lace and mermaid gown! Purchasing and getting my measurements with Niya was a breeze! I am so grateful of the kindness and care I was treated with thanks to Bri and Niya. I was super excited walking into this store because everyone was super nice and high spirited! I have been to 4 different shops now, and this by far was the most challenging experience. The girl at the front desk was super kind and helpful, however, my stylist was a little cold and unhelpful throughout the process. The first weird scenario was when my mother in law went to look at a beautiful black dress that was hanging up and she just touched it to see the front and the stylist immediately said "Excuse me, only the brides can touch the dresses". I was a little taken back by that comment because all of the other places have let anyone touch the dresses and if they had a policy against it, they definitely would've been more polite in their approach with telling them to stop. She made me feel like I was a bit of a burden while I was telling her what I wanted and anything I picked out she immediately said "Well you said you didn't want this or that thing so I didn't pick it for you" rather than asking if I would like to try something different. Just her whole approach was a little rude and condescending! I am not the one to type bad reviews, but wedding dress shopping is supposed to be fun and special and I don't want another bride to have this experience. Lastly, the stylist made a comment to my mother that really made us want to leave. The black dress that my mother in law touched in the beginning was a $2600 dress, my mom asked if I could try it on and the stylists words were "it is out of your budget". We were all frustrated when she said that, so I guess we had a bit of a pretty woman moment in the store! Lol. After trying on all of the dresses, she took my measurements (fully clothed and in front of the store in front of everyone btw) My appointment still had 25 min. left and it's like they were rushing us out! The customer service is what pushed us away from Luxe Bridal and the exact reason I bought my dress at Vow'd yesterday! Luxe Bridal was my first experience trying on dresses and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. The store itself is gorgeous and quiet. Really allows you to focus on the moment and the bride. You are in a private room and at a good distance from the mirror that you truly can get a wonderful 360 view of the bride. From the first moment you step in they hear your vision or even if you don't have one they help you create it based off of any inspiration. Our stylist Bri was incredible. She made the experience one we will talk about for years. Bri was the sweetest and made the whole experience low stress and comfortable. She listened to both myself as the bride and my family's feedback. As I tried on each dress she would take my feedback and go pull other dresses that matched what I liked from each piece. She was like a magician she could take your personality put it together with your wants and give you the perfect dress that fit you, your personality and budget. Speaking of budget she was extremely respectful of it and even asked if it would be okay to try one on that was $60 over budget prior to bringing it over. Once you got to your final few she had the perfect design eye for what would go with the dress from veils to any belts or accessories. She is a gem and incredible at her job. Awful. I've never been to a bridal studio where I was treated so horribly. I told her what dresses I did NOT want and she wasted time putting me in them when I did not want to. She also was very rude and not talking to me or my friend who came in to help. At one point she looked at my body and said "oh you're a size 12 right" and when I told her that I am actually a size 2 and in wedding dresses I am a 6 she said "oh I was just looking at your breasts" which is extremely unprofessional. I felt completely uncomfortable showing my body the rest of the time and I will not be going back there again if she is going to be there. read more

Found Luxe on Instagram and felt like I finally found a shop that catered to my size AND style. Flew all the way from Chicago to see and was blown away. Niya has a modern, abundant, and affordable selection for curvy girls. Such a rarity where I am from. She was patient and never made me feel pressured/rushed. I enjoyed my experience immensely.
