She was conscious of my budget and really listened to my style preferences as we learned them. Also made me feel super confident and comfortable through the try on experience. Wedding gown shopping can either be stressful and fraught or the best experience ever...and this is made even more complicated by COVID-19. My experience at Lvd was unbelievably wonderful and Angela took incredible care of both me and my guest, and showed immense patience for all the FaceTime calls I made! The shop is so clean, well-lit, spacious and beautiful. I felt safe and well cared-for the entire time. I've had my eye on Lvd for over a year, since I love their eco-friendly mission and the selection of designers they carry. I finally saw *the* dress I had been looking for on their social media, and I simply had to go try it on. They had it pulled and ready to go for me, even accommodating me changing my appointment to a day sooner because I simply couldn't wait. As the story often goes, the dress was incredible, but wasn't *the* one. However, the perfect one was literally beside me on a rack the whole time, AND was within budget! (another thing I appreciated, Angela never brought me anything I couldn't afford). The women in the shop made me feel so good, gave me space and time to figure out the type of bride I wanted to be, and ultimately I walked out with my perfect Notte Bridal by Marchesa masterpiece. Kelsey was so amazing! My mom and I went to the sample sale at the end of January and we got my dream dress!! I had looked online the night before so when we got there, we were immediately greeted and a nice lady pulled the exact dress I had my eye on as well as a few others for me to try on. Once Kelsey was ready for us, she got us a glass of wine, and I was off to try on dresses. I put on the first one that I had found online and knew it was "the one." Kelsey made me feel beautiful and was a great hype girl. I tried on about 4-5 more just to say I did it but we knew the first one was it. We also got a veil and two candles while there haha. I was searching for a specific dress and found on Pinterest that led me to this bridal shop online, I am from California, after chatting with Bri about the dress I wanted and a similar dress that had the same sort of style and her answering my 100 questions, I thought too sleep on that dress, then next day, not even 24 hours later Bri messages me and says that they just got the dress I wanted in stock and sent me pictures right out of the box! That is the best customer service I have received in a long time! It's hard being a bride during this pandemic and I have been searching for the right dress since January! I am so grateful to have found LVD bridal. After our virtual consultation, I came to my appointment to find three dresses picked out that were exactly how I described my style to be. As I tried each dress on, they listened to my critiques and pulled dresses with what I described to be looking more for. The process was super fun and easy! They even offered ways I could alter the dress with a seamstress to incorporate more of my personal style or to make it more flattering, which was very helpful. They have so many different types of styles and it is SUCH a relief - especially during the pandemic - to be able to have the dress in hand as you walk out the door. I ordered a wedding gown from LVD Bridal's sample sale. I was a little concerned because the gown was at such a significant discount from the regular price, I was just certain it was going to have issues. However, the price was so good I that decided to risk it. This gown was is PRISTINE condition in spite of being a sample! There was nary a snag or stain to be seen--which I honestly should have known because the site states that any issues would be represented in photographs and there were none. Plus, the measurements were so accurate that I knew it was going to fit me like a glove before it even arrived (which was just about 2 business days from the date of my purchase--amazing)! Buying a wedding gown online sight unseen is a little nerve wracking, but this dress was absolutely perfect! I cannot wait to wear it!!! read more

Ladies - if you are looking for a stress free wedding dress shopping experience, go to LVD in Nashville! It has the most beautiful selection of dresses all at a cheaper rate than many other places. These dresses are in pristine condition so do not let the word "consignment" shop lead you astray. I showed up with my mom, sister and soon to be mother-in-law and Bri was waiting for us with water, champagne and just a fun attitude. I also couldn't decide which dress to go with so my appointment ran over 30 minutes and they never rushed or hurried me when I asked to try the dresses on one last time. Definitely worth the visit!! I emailed LVD while in town and got a quick response to make an appointment. Bailey did a great job understanding what I wanted (and didn't want) in my dress. She was extremely respectful of my budget and I didn't feel pressured into choosing a dress/making a purchase on the spot like at some other salons which made the experience much more enjoyable.
