The new admin will lie to you as fast as he can to save his behind. Do not trust these people with your loved one. It is not a place you want your family member to endure. I visited the model 2 times, once with my clients before they wrote a contract to build and once afterwards explaining my position as the Buyer Agent in the transaction. The Assistant suggested I CHARGE MY BUYERS for my services rather than honor their advertised commission. The elusive Dellingers did not return phone calls nor did they have the courtesy to respond to a written and mailed letter. This has been the worst experience with a builder in my 23 years as a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. Stay Far Away.
