During my last visit, I had to bring in both of my kids. One child had a chronic cough and the other was experiencing severe ear issues. The NP who assisted was really delightful, was very attentive to kids and did a great job of keeping me informed. She also had really great bedside manner, some of the best I've ever seen. I really like this facility because of their expertise and proximity to Methodist Germantown in the event that something else is needed that is outside of their scope of practice at the facility.

Dr. Patterson was very congenial and prescribed several medications. When I picked up the meds, the pharmacy informed me that they do not carry one of the medications she prescribed. The office and/or the doctor never responded to our requests so I never got the medication. I then called the office to get a refill of one of the medications I DID get-but the refill request also got ignored either by the doctor or the office. But I started to have doubts closer to my appointment because of poor customer service. So, I canceled my appointment and was back to square one. Then I found MMG- Sanderlin. Thankfully, they took new patients. I checked in and I was called in a little over 5 minutes later. The staff were generous: Andrea, Nurse Practitioner Amanda Lee, and Lynda. They were respectful and answered my questions that I had. I was done within an hour. I enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend this place.

I have been here 5 times for myself & with my honey and I haven't gotten a single smile or cordial hello or goodbye to date. Hey you don't have to hire a staff that's full of personality but you shouldn't recruit your people from the DMV either. To be fair this attitude ends at the front of house (although the phlebotomist aren't all that cheery but they stick really great so that's okay) because the nurses are terrific and everyone back of house have a great manner and professionalism. Back of house is where the really important stuff gets done because this is the healthcare part happens. The rest is just money and time management and noise. My wife, son and I share the same GP or general practicioner (Lee Magro). He is a really good guy who is super sharp and listens to his patients. He is a real critical thinker and doesn't shy away from running any and all tests that can possibly get to the root of the problem. He gets it, don't just treat the stunkin' symptoms because the cause is the problem. A really great diagnostician always treats the problem and not the symptoms. He just has an office here and shares everything else with a gaggle of other MD's and APN's. There's also a DO here which is cool, I like DO's. 5 stars to the medical staff, not so much for the administrative and other staff.
