Radiant asked me for my insurance today, which I usually don't carry with me. They said they were having some issues with fraud. I asked why they didn't advise me before to bring it to the appointment. They keep sending these messages about confirming my appointment! They said, "Because of the long Thanksgiving weekend we could not advise you!!!". I offered to send it as soon as I arrived back home but they said I would have to pay the full consultation. "Their system" didn't allow them to put the number afterward. I think with so many years of loyalty to them they had some consideration. But, no!!! Crazy way to lose two customers at once (me and my wife!)!!

We talked about what I was looking for and Elina gave me a few paths that I could take. I went with RF microneedling treatment, some Daxxify, and lip filler. I will start the treatment in about two weeks and will update my review with results. Elina was very personable and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like she was pushing any treatment and was easy to talk to. I do recommend her for anyone who is looking for a med spa in the area. I wouldn't go anywhere else for services, and I'm a nurse injector myself, so I am very critical and extremely selective about where I go for treatment. Elina has taught me so much. It is obvious she is highly educated and trained and shows a deep passion for the aesthetic industry. Her prices are reasonable but the service she provides will far exceed your expectations! (Btw, don't ever go to a medspa with the cheapest prices-that's a red flag and you will get what you pay for). Elina does my tox. She recommended Daxxify over Botox/dysport/jeaveau and I'm so glad she did! The results were amazing! I've had lip filler done by her twice now, both times I was amazed at the magic she performed! I have those barely there lips, but not after seeing Elina! I have cute lips now that make it possible to wear lipstick for the first time in my life.
