0 stars actually..leaving this review 6 months after my visit because it took me this long to try…read moreagain with a different dermatology office and experience a normal appointment..I was seen last August for a cyst and body check..while there i kept trying to ask about a future appointment for mole removal..I was rudely dismissed repeatedly and given different reasons for why I didn't need my mole removed..im aware that insurance probably wouldn't cover it but wanted it done anyway..she couldn't and wouldn't be bothered. The body check was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dr office..she was rude..rushed..and didn't use a light which I discovered this morning should be done. The whole experience at this place was humiliating and I cried the whole way home..I found out this morning that a couple spots need to go to biopsy and probably should have been found 6 months ago. I don't remember the young Dr's name or the assistant in the room with us but just picture 2 mean girls..condescending rude mean girl 1 with a clip board and the other making you feel belittled and violated..literally cried all the way home..glad my husband was there to drive me because I wouldn't have been able to see through my tears. I love coming to my dermatologist after getting my yearly flu vaccine I broke out with something I…read morethought I had the chicken pox, shingles etc I was going in and out of the ER to see what was going on with my body. At one point I thought it was bed bugs nope. After so may trips to the ER I end up going to my primary doctor and he referred me to the dermatologist . I had a long wait months in fact but little that I know I had since dr Gandhi two years before so the office called me to make me a prompt appointment. The doctor said if I would allowed her to do a biopsy to truly diagnose me with the right diagnosis boy after that is history she sent me to another specialist for a treatment for my skin unfortunately that clinic did not accept my insurance I went back to the dr Gandhi she sent me the same day to a specialist where they took my insurance and I was so lucky dr Ghandi is the best am here again to see how my treatment is going hopefully she will keep sending me to the specialist am benefiting. I know probably will NOT get the flu shot in the near future

Cassi Jo is a sweetheart and very good with the girls. Excellent bedside manners from both Stacey and Cassi Jo. Very caring and patient with us all. They address all our questions and concerns. We switched from a local dermatologist and are very happy with the change. Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and they all take their time with each and every one of us. Beautiful and very clean new building. Examining rooms are clean and modern, yet building interior has beautiful warm wood work. Feels more like a home instead of a doctor office. Their office is located in a multi story building in Hoffman Estates by the I-90 expressway. Their office seems newer with concrete floors/white walls being minimal and modern. It was easy to get an appt and I didn't have to wait too long as a first time patient. My first visit was a general visit to check for concerning blemishes and discuss some long-standing skin concerns. I was prescribed three different creams for three different areas as well as recommended an over the counter shampoo. I tried products as recommended and didn't see results. I recently reached out (3 months later) to follow up that items weren't working and was told I'd have to come back in because I didn't follow up. It was news to me as I was never told to follow up on my terms; I expect my doctor to reach out to me. Either way, I scheduled another appt which was another copay. I was recommended two new creams as well as a pill prescription. It's been a week and no pharmacy has reached out to me saying I have a prescription to fill and the pill left me with side effects within days so I stopped taking. I followed up with the office, they asked if I could come back in which would be ANOTHER copay. I sadly am deciding to cut my loses with working with their practice. I refuse to pay another copay three business days after visiting because they didn't ask the right questions when I was last in. I felt the PA I had was kind but other staff was not and only talked in medical terms which left me confused and hard to follow conversation/questions. My PA seemed like he did care but I am left feeling like they want my money more than finding a solution to help me.

I recently switched to a different dermatology practice not because of Dr. Beaird herself but because of how her office and practice is run. Her administrative staff do not return messages, they do not follow up with necessary insurance preapprovals, they cancel appointments regularly and then make you reschedule through text messaging or AI, they are unfriendly and they fail to process basic medical records requests. I've never encountered a medical practice that was so poorly managed.
