It is hard to rate this location because the therapists themselves are excellent. It's just everything else. Management should take more of an interest in training their staff.

The waiting room has chairs against the wall that has about three feet between the chair and the counter. If you're in a wheelchair you have to go through a narrow back door. They showed zero empathy for my situation--it's clear they care more about collecting a fee than they do about their patients.
