Guess they don't really care if they make new customers. So I am going to another trainer who contacted me right away and seemed interested in getting me in. Update - this was due to an employee who was transitioning out of the company. I have since gone to the gym and it was a GREAT experience. Kyle is so nice and so helpful and really cares about his clients. The bad review I gave triggered him to call me and turn things around which he did with flying colors. The benches are cracked and in terrible shape. I was told the downtown location is "last on the list" to receive updated equipment all while being charged a semi-annual maintenance fee. I still don't know if that explanation is even accurate. The bathrooms are dirty. Validated parking is advertised, but not reliable. I got stuck several times because the gate wouldn't open allowing me to leave even when it was during a window that should have been free. I once got stuck in the parking garage for 30 minutes because there were a line of cars unable to validate which made me late to work. Despite multiple calls and emails, no one responded until much later, and only was a solution offered when I was fed up enough to cancel. They say they are a separate entity of the garage and don't take responsibility for it! There's more I could list, but ultimately these were my personal experiences. Based on that, I wouldn't recommend locking yourself into a contract here. I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously and it was like pulling teeth to get a call back for anything and all of this combined is what led me to cancel.

Nice Gym, Good Equipment, Good Price…read more So to start this out I almost never even came to this gym because the reviews were rough. I'm glad I came because this is actually a really good gym! The people who made the bad reviews seem to have some personal issue or I'm not sure what with this gym. I like this gym, it's a good value for what you are paying. If you compare it to lifetime fitness and fail to realize you pay $100 a month less per person here you are not being fair to them. It's a good gym. I want to give 4.5 stars and they don't need much to get 5 stars. I like the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded equipment, it's great quality and ergonomic. I had never really used any technogym equipment before and I must say the ellipticals upstairs with the straps instead of linkage on the back is possibly the best long stride elliptical I have used! They have childcare! This is great, you just have to watch the hours as it's not available mid day for a few hours. They have a huge pool I haven't used yet. They have classes I haven't tried yet. They have CrossFit there too. I'll make a better review with more pictures another time, I just wanted to give these people the frost they deserve since they need some real reviews. Friendly Notes for the gym to make 5 stars: #1. The Techno-Gym ellipticals need to be leveled so they don't wobble. 1 in the far back row on the right? upstairs isn't usable for a 230 pound man or it had a death wobble when you're at level 20 and pushing. #2. An inner outer thigh machine would be appreciated. The only one is in the women's only room.... 3. An ankle strap for the cable cross would be appreciated. 4. A water bottle refill station would be appreciated. 5. An abdominal twist machine would be great too. 6. The life fitness chest press adjustment cable has been broken a long time. 7. The upstairs 45 degree back extension behind the cardio needs new slide inserts so it doesn't wobble all over.

There are no paper towels and no towels in the class room to use. They don't allow a second review on their website either.
