Both the work & service were terrific (we especially appreciated his helping us navigate the complex Mass Save reimbursement process). We invited Mass Save back recently (for windows), and the inspector said he'd never before recommended "no insulation upgrades" for an old house, but he did for ours since Rob's 15-year old upgrades were so impeccable! Moreover, the inspector actually asked to photograph the tricky basement area to use as exemplar of an ideal installation. Finally, this is just icing on the cake, but you couldn't find a nicer, smarter, more conscientious & honest guy to have around the house.

Ed is well prepared, having nearly instant responses with detail changes in the quote. His steel deck came in less than it would have cost to expanded and re-deck our original wood deck.
