I've bought clothes, purses, perfume, jewelry and shoes from her over the years. She does a great job with keeping her location well stocked with new items and clean and organized. She literally is the face of her business, she is the greatest small business owner. If you are ever in town or you just want to come and look around. Let this be on of your stops.

Long post but sooooo many levels of incompetence…read more I took a brand new pair of pants with tag still on. I stood there while both women talked to me. One of them pinned pants. We had a lengthy discussion in detail that I wanted the new hem to look exactly like the old one. One woman said she'd do it differently but I told them what I wanted. She said "yes it can be done" I reiterated "it's the style of the pants, and that's why I bought them and it could be done there was plenty of fabric and what I want". Both woman agreed it could be done. When I go to pick them up, they are done completely wrong. The hem I wanted to preserve was not done and the woman who did the work said the woman that pinned them didnt write down my instructions!! But the woman who altered them was part of the full discussion when they were hemmed! so she threw her colleague under the bus. Both of them were present and actively talking to me about the new hem and style I wanted to preserve. Both agreed it could be done. When I go to pick them up, they are not how I want it, it is how the first woman wanted it, and the second one blamed it on the first ones were not writing it down! Absolutely the worst Poor excuse, horrible Customer Sevice, I told him I didn't wanna come back. I would take a discount and just leave and they told me, " we can't give you a discount only the owner ." I suggested we call the owner and was told, "the Owner is in Greece." So these employees are not empowered to make a simple decision. What kind of Owner is doesn't empower employees to make simple decisions that might preserve a modicum of credibility, leaves them stranded and they do a FAILURE job - poor workmanship and oh by the way... Do not go there unless you want your clothes ruined. The kicker: I know how to sew and I know there was plenty of fabric and time to do it right. BTW, I used to own 6 dry cleaners so I know exactly what's going on there and it is not professional. Negative stats if I could!

My daughter was temporarily staying in Jacksonville and we were forced to rely on Yelp reviews to get my daughter's wedding dress drastically altered. They also altered her now husbands uniform. For my daughter's dress, we wanted the sheer sides to be closed & the straps to sit just right on her shoulders and be comfortable. I don't know how Eva's pulled this off but they certainly did! This was a complicated task. We were very nervous but we wasted a lot of energy stressing for no reason. Both my son in laws uniform and my daughter's dress turned out perfectly!

She is incredibly kind, sweet, and so willing to work with you. I had to buy a wedding dress off the rack that was 5 sizes too big and needed the entire dress and veil altered within 3 weeks. Eva saw me right away, provided her expert recommendations on how best to alter the dress, and showed me the different options for making adjustments. She was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Despite the tight deadline, Eva worked her magic and got my dress back to me in just 1.5 weeks! It looked absolutely perfect, and you would never have known it was originally 5 sizes too big. To top it off, Eva also altered my husband's uniform to fit him perfectly. She did an amazing job and made sure he looked sharp and professional on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Eva enough. She is not only talented but also incredibly kind and understanding. If you need any alterations, especially for your wedding dress or a special occasion outfit, I highly recommend going to see Eva. She will make sure you look and feel your best on your special day!

I didn't complain at the time because frankly didn't want to deal with what I assumed would be a hassle. However recently they completely ruined an expensive Ann Taylor skirt which had absolutely nothing wrong - after filling out a claim form and repeatedly stopping in the store as well as calling no ever called back or made any attempt to make it right after repeated promises by employees. This process went on for several months and I would never recommend them after that horrendous customer service run around experience. Lori

I am not sure I am just sure I can never carry them all, It take between 3-5 trips to place them in my car. One day a week or two ago a man helped me. I said he didn't have to, but he was like it's a lot of clothes and it's my job to make customers happy and help. Anyways that man really made my day! I saw him just the other day and he apologized that he wasn't there earlier to help! He always asks how I am doing, just makes my day! I think he's a driver.
