My daughter was temporarily staying in Jacksonville and we were forced to rely on Yelp reviews to get my daughter's wedding dress drastically altered. They also altered her now husbands uniform. For my daughter's dress, we wanted the sheer sides to be closed & the straps to sit just right on her shoulders and be comfortable. I don't know how Eva's pulled this off but they certainly did! This was a complicated task. We were very nervous but we wasted a lot of energy stressing for no reason. Both my son in laws uniform and my daughter's dress turned out perfectly!

She is incredibly kind, sweet, and so willing to work with you. I had to buy a wedding dress off the rack that was 5 sizes too big and needed the entire dress and veil altered within 3 weeks. Eva saw me right away, provided her expert recommendations on how best to alter the dress, and showed me the different options for making adjustments. She was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Despite the tight deadline, Eva worked her magic and got my dress back to me in just 1.5 weeks! It looked absolutely perfect, and you would never have known it was originally 5 sizes too big. To top it off, Eva also altered my husband's uniform to fit him perfectly. She did an amazing job and made sure he looked sharp and professional on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Eva enough. She is not only talented but also incredibly kind and understanding. However recently they completely ruined an expensive Ann Taylor skirt which had absolutely nothing wrong - after filling out a claim form and repeatedly stopping in the store as well as calling no ever called back or made any attempt to make it right after repeated promises by employees.
