This place is perfect for my waxing needs. They do everything here. They are perfectionists when it comes to eyebrows. They take appointments and while I still had to wait about 10 mins, that can sometimes be a better option than a walk in. Come before 4 and your wait shouldn't be so bad. I have packages that I purchased, but every time I come there, they tell me that I have to pay. Or they will call me when I'm out of the store that I need to come back to pay. It is an inconvenience for me to come back to the store to make sure that everything is OK. Also, when I am at the store, I have to argue with someone about the problem. read more

It's ok. The last few times I can tell that the hair is breaking just at the skin so it feels like my lip is prickly immediately after the service. Which means that I could have just shaved and gotten the same result for free. Also this last time a very young tech got wax all down the side of my hair and I didn't realize it until after I left and was driving and tried to put my sunglasses on. I've been getting waxing services here for about 3 yrs now. My last visit was not good at all (which I was noticing a trend in that direction anyways over my last few visits). It seems that the technicians aren't as skilled anymore. literally felt that the tech was rushing and tearing my skin. in addition, the previous business model was primarily walk-in only. When I arrived around 945am on a Tuesday, there was only one other person in the waiting area. I was initially told that it would be a 40-50min wait for a 10min service because of a previous appointment. Typically the wait is 20-30 when the waiting room is packed. They ended up getting me in within 10min because the 10am appointment was late. I also overheard the receptionist quote the same 49-59min wait time to a few walk-ins that came in after me (even as I was paying to leave after my service). I Really hope that this location recalibrates with the skill and availability of their staff. If not, I will not be patronizing this place after my package runs out. read more

I usually like going here, but I've had service with the same tech twice and both times she was very unpleasant to the point of being rude. Skinny girl, black hair, wears a black hoodie, her sleeves touch you constantly and all I can think of is how many people she sees everyday and her sleeves go from person to person. She barely said 2 words to me the entire time, slammed things on the counter, just all in all, very unpleasant and rude both times. I tried a few times to say something and was met with silence. Usually happy, but tonight they dropped the ball. There was a 45 minute wait due to only 2 waxers, fine. I was made aware and chose to wait. It was over an hour and after they closed and still 5 ppl in the waiting area. Got called back, taken to the eyebrow room, no hello, no greeting, nothing. Just told we will do brows here and then move to the other room for the rest. Brows done, my techs hoodie sleeves smelled of marijuana. No judgement, maybe not wear it to work if you are wearing while smoking. Moves to next room, smiled at her as I walked in, nothing! No response, all she said was I'll give you a couple minutes. After 10 minutes, I'm over it. Get up, get dressed and left. Made an appointment for tomorrow. The girl said sorry, she took an eyebrow to get them out. That would have been fine. Had she communicated that to me. At this point, I'd been there so long, my services were the priority at that moment. I waited my turn, patiently. Finish my services please. Very irritated at the service I received tonight. Maybe if there were just a bit of pleasantry and better communication from my tech, it would have turned out differently. read more

A great place that has great customer service! I made an appointment here but wanted to stop by earlier. I can by a day earlier asking if they do walk ins. They got me in a room within 5 minutes! The staff is super friendly and make you feel relaxed. The inside is well decorated with a beach theme with bright colors. Laura did my service and talked to me as if she has known me for years. I was excited to try this spot based on the reviews, however, I wasn't super impressed with my eyebrow waxing as they didn't even look like they were done. i think this is my first yelp review ever, but i just wanted to make it known. this place is great in one sense - staff is friendly and it's clean. however, i'm assuming they are short staffed but the wait is insane. so this made me start to schedule my appointments in advance! but even when i do this, there is still a wait as long as if i were to walk in. it is just frustrating because if people have tight schedules, there's a reason we make appointments! i just wish i didn't have to wait 30 minutes +++ every single time i'm here. i come here due to convenience of where i live, so hopefully i find another place nearby read more
