While the staff were friendly and it was a pleasant atmosphere, the overall experience was lacking. I was referred by my sister and trusted that my eyebrows would be expertly handled, despite not reviewing any before and after pics beforehand. (I later did and every pic the eyebrows are not even one round one square.) I scheduled an appointment for microblading, which I expected to be a combination brow. During the touch up session, the technician mentioned she would assess whether to proceed with the full combo brow during the next appointment touch up. I paid $700 that day my eyebrows were slanted and uneven and see through. That day I also scheduled a tattoo appointment for something small and simple. A vine with leaves around my finger and hand. I was quoted $400 for this. I didn't mind she mentioned a fine needle and I thought she was highly qualified. Even though I knew it was over priced. I sent them the tattoo I wanted.I went in for my appointment and she changed my tattoo that I've wanted for months to something she thought looked better. I should of knew right then to get up and leave. I let her tattoo me after she figured out placement which took a very long time. A few days after half of the tattoo disappeared and everything else faded. There is one line that is darker then the whole tattoo because she went over it several times. There is always random dots all over the place that i did not want. I did not ask for a henna tattoo. I went back in for my eyebrow touch up not long after. She noticed the tattoo literally was gone. She said ohh you just need a touch up. No, it was gone. She proceeded to touch my eyebrows up & never asked about the combo brow or if i even liked them. Her co-worker came in the room during my appointment & the we're discussing there weekend plans. My appointment did not exist. I then told her my eyebrows were extremely crooked. She tried to fix it several times and kept saying she didnt see it. I finally just gave up. When making an appointment then will text message you every day all hours. Very persistent. Rather annoying when you're busy. After this all happened I made an appointment with my tattoo artist for different piece and asked what he would of charged me for the tattoo she did. He said $150 there is no detail and half is gone. She did not press hard enough. The placement was wrong it should of been nowhere near my knuckle. I messaged them to tell them how unhappy i was with the work that was done. No response for hours. Then one response a day for 3 days. Telling me it was normal for the tattoo to just disappear and move. I then said I wanted a refund because I now how to either get it fixed somehow or laser removal. My eyebrows are beyond different shapes and I have to fix that. $1100 plus tip. She did not respond to my messages after that. I messaged again I was told they would not refund me services were done. This is a warning before anyone has work done look closely at reviews and pictures! Especially on fb. I will not be returning. Thanks guys for lacking in customer service. Appreciate it

WOW!! What an experience! First off I'm going to start off by saying Farah is an absolute…read moresweetheart, extremely talented, and extremely knowledgeable about her work! From the second I walked into her studio I felt comfortable and at home. She really took the time to inform me about the difference between microblading and nanoblading, and what she thought would work best for my brows and skin type. We decided to go with nanoblading. The process itself was honestly wonderful! It was surprisingly pain free and relaxing. Farah took her time to make sure that her work was perfect and that I was happy with the results! For anyone thinking about doing this...don't hesitate, DO IT!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

Just finished my touch-up session with Farah after getting the nano blading/powder brow combo…read moretreatment, and I could not be more happy with the entire experience. This is gonna be a thorough review so buckle-up. Firstly, I absolutely love my new brows! I feel like they make me look 10 years younger, and I now can go back to just popping on some mascara and chapstick if I wanna go out to run a few quick errands. The shop is absolutely beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Parking is easy, as well. This is nothing like going to get a tattoo. Farah is extremely meticulous in her screening process, so if you're not a good candidate for permanent makeup, she won't do it... which I appreciate and respect. She goes over your medical history, addresses all skin issues (which she is incredibly knowledgeable of), and then explains the process in detail... always checking in to make sure you're comfortable with the coloring, shape, and next steps. I'm covered in tattoos, and I have to say, this didn't even feel like getting tattooed. She uses plenty of numbing analgesics, and the process really just felt like heavy scratching... not painful at all. Again, she constantly checks in with you to make sure you're comfortable and explains what she is doing as she goes. You're sent home with an aftercare kit and thorough instructions on how to care for your new look. My brows were sore for about 24 hours, but I stayed on top of cleaning them and using the aftercare ointment, and the mild soreness wore off very quickly. If you stay within the timeframe, you even get a complimentary touch-up. Again, I'm thrilled with the results, as Farah is a true artist with a passion for making people feel better about themselves. Cannot recommend more highly! Also, shoutout to my amazing partner for the Christmas gift! Guys, if you wanna give your lady a gift that she will appreciate every single day, this is the way to go.
