She greeted me with a smile and said what a beautiful day it was, even though it was raining! She filled me in on the washers suggested which was the best for my King quilt. It was $6.00 for the load.I was short a few quarters and was headed for the change machine,when she handed me $2.00 in quarters. I only needed .50 so I went to give her the rest back and she told me to keep it for the dryer.She was so friendly.They are upgrading the washers and trying to build business so I told her I'd give her a review. There is a lady there during the day that cleans and maintains this place in very good condition, I can't remember her name but barely speaks English. Wow what a difference when she is there, keep up the good work. I found a new place to do laundry,'it is open 24 hours but I prefer to do it during the day since there is much more foot traffic in the area and in t he business, I've passed by there at night and it is very desolate. You need to buy a card and refill it with money since the machines do not accept currency, too bad for me, it was a great surprise theme I showed up with $10 dollars in quarters. Oh well. I tried another laundromat in mount Washington and it was not cleaned or maintained. I will continue to come here unless it starts to go downhill.

I still would pay that not to have to iron a shirt. However even when I say I want my shirts laundered which is $3.30 they have been changing my shirts to dry clean at $9.00 each. Because it is a woman's shirt which they say is a blouse. Today I dropped off two blue jean shirts one woman's and one man's. The shirts are made out of the exact kind of fabric. They wanted to charge me $9.00 for the woman's shirt. Which is crazy. Why should I paid that much more for women's clothing when they are exactly alike. Don't go here if you are a woman. There is a dry cleaner in fern creek that will do just as good of job and not discriminate based on the sex of the wearer.
