I ended up coming here directly from Farm Creek laundromat due to some issues I had with their machines. When I arrived a Fresh Air Laundry I was instantly greeted by a very nice gentleman who I believe was the co-owner. The laundromat was extremely clean, there was ample room for numerous people to do their laundry without stepping on each other. I used a large washing machine to wash a king size comforter and had no problems. The large washing machine cleaned my comforter On both sides and there was ample room inside of the washing machine drum to facilitate thorough cleaning. My experience here was wonderful. For all future cleaning needs I will drive out of my way to JTown to get services from this location! read more

Our washing machine went out, so we went to the Laundromat while we waited for the new one to be delivered. The space was very clean, and the washers/dryers finished their cycles quickly. The staff member who was there was very helpful. Highly recommend. read more

Brought a large comforter here to be washed. The employee was very kind and helpful when explaining how to work the machine and choose which cycle I wanted. Prices were around what was expected. Facility was clean, however, could use an updated interior. Other than that, great service! read more

My family and I are moving to Kentucky and we have been living out of a hotel for the past two weeks so we needed a place to do our laundry. This place is amazing! CLEAN, COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Best in town. Machines up and running, staff very available. I mostly use their laundry services. Drop off and pick up a few hours later. Always exactly as I request and perfectly hung or folded. SENIOR CITIZENS TAKE NOTE. Use your energy on fun projects and enjoy their services, rather than running up and down steps all day with baskets of laundry in your arms! read more

Fresh Air Laundry reminds me of just that - the meadow fresh TV commercials where you can almost smell the clean! I took in a horribly, long neglected Queen size comforter. I'm thrilled with the results! Dottie, Sheri, and Jordan keep an immaculate laundry!!! Dottie showed me how to get the best bang for my buck, both at the washer and dryer. I'll never again take spreads and comforters to the dry cleaners - Fresh Air has my business now! ( If my smaller home washing machine or dryer ever go out, I'll also be right back up here.) Heck, I may bring a laundry load up just to enjoy reading a good book! read more

I visited Fresh Air Laundry today & was impressed by the cleanliness & appearance of the facility but what impressed me the most was the kindness & helpfulness of the attendant. I had no cash & he offered to start my load for me & let me pay him when I returned. I was washing a large comforter & he offered to turn it every 10 minutes to insure it got dry. Outstanding service! I highly recommend Fresh Air Laundry!! I will return!! read more

I used the drop-off service here and the customer service was great! Staff was friendly. They take cards. And my laundry was ready the same day! I probably had about 2-3 loads and a comforter. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I've been working in Louisville for the last several months. Went to a few different laundry mats until I found this hidden gem. Owners are friendly and respectable. When I'm back in town, I'll be coming here. read more

Not having a washer and dryer is a pain, but while I save up for one I come to this laundry mat. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Another perk is that the machines wash and dry pretty quick :) Thank you!! Nice info to add: You have to be in and washing by 7:30pm; they close at 9pm. read more

I refuse to go anywhere else! I come here once a week to do my laundry and I've never had an issue! The owners greet me personally when I come in, and notice if I'm not there for a week! And today I witnessed one of the owners come out to deliver a woman her laundry so that she wouldn't have to take her baby out of the car! read more

I honestly love this place now... ...my old LM "Laundry Mat" held on hours to be open for business. Using Yelp I found this place, not to far of from the apartment. Usually has 1-2 folks staffed to help, place seems super clean all the time, always greets me and as I leave (which is super nice, let me tell you) and I thing it's about the same price wise. Machines way be old, but I've never had a "bad wash experience" here so far. Best part ya'll....I throw on headphones and I do my thing, no one bothering me. Peach of mind and you get what you need done. read more

Fantastic experience! I had to get 20 8' tablecloths laundered for a local church. Read reviews on Yelp, and gave this place a try. The owners truly were the nicest and most helpful people ever. They charge $1.25/lb for them to do the laundry for you (10 lb minimum). I was not in any hurry, as our event was finished, however, they had all 20 tablecloths cleaned, spot treated and folded in less than 24 hours. They did offer to press them, but I did not have a need for this service at the time. I plan to go back here to have them do my oversized laundry (bed comforters). Although this is a laundromat, and not a glamorous business, I will go back to this place any time I have a need. It is clean inside, and the owners genuinely strive to provide a good overall service...and they do. read more

Great service, not crowded, accepted credit card and Apple Pay, I'd definitely return again if needed!

I dropped off two down comforters on Monday morning at 10:30. They told me they would have them finished by the end of the day. They ended up calling at 3:30 for me to pick them up. I was so happy with how they turned out. The price was very reasonable ($30) and the people working there were super friendly and professional! read more

I've been going to this laundromat for about two years and it is fantastic. There is always an attendant on hand to help you with anything you need. They also have a supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you to purchase should you forget yours at home. It is VERY clean; I've seen the attendant spray down the washers and dryers and sanitize the tables on a regular basis every time I am there. There are PLENTY of washers and dryers and they are all functional and well-maintained. I think there has only been one instance of a machine being out of order and it was repaired by the next time I came in. They also have plenty of rolling carts for you to utilize in moving your laundry from the washer to the dryer and so forth so you don't have to lug your laundry basket around. There are also a lot of bonuses at Fresh Air. In addition to the standard television, they have a few arcade games and several quarter machines filled with little trinkets and toys. (Even at 23 years old, I still have fun getting the rings and necklaces from quarter machines!) There are also some vending machines filled with drinks, snacks, and a few laundry essentials such as dryer sheets. All in all, this place really is phenomenal. Laundry really is a chore but this laundromat makes it much more bearable. read more

So, first time at a laundromat and this was an excellent first experience! Our apartment complex's laundry machines were in the process of being changed out and well, my boyfriend and I thought we could make it without doing laundry until they were done, well...I guess we overshot that. So! Looking up on my trusty Yelp app, I found this place and the reviews were great so, we gave it a shot! It was a Thursday evening and it wasn't very busy. The facility was super clean and the laundry clerk lady was super helpful and nice! She helped us with choosing the machines that fit our needs and was just overall kind! They have a few machines for quarters, an ATM machine, and, of course some video game machines to pass the time. Thankfully, this location is by other places that you can kill time for, so, super ideal! Overall, this was an excellent experience! The machines were clean, which made our laundry come out perfectly. Having a clerk there is just amazing, since they can help you and also clean along the way to keep up the pristine condition of this place. Please, if you are in this area and need a trusty laundromat, GO HERE! :D read more

Could anyone be more helpful than Jack the owner? I was injured & he helped me out. He practically washed & folded my laundry for me. This is how u stay in business. What a pleasant 'laundry environment'. I mean if u gotta go, go here. read more

I found this operation/facility to be very clean and the staff eager to assist and pleasant.

Our washer broke so I made a visit here. I was impressed before I ever made it in the building. The attendant rushed out to offer to help carry the mound of laundry. He did it several more times for others while I was there! The washers and dryers worked very well and even with five loads I was out in an hour and half. This is the kind of locally owned place that deserves patron support. I will be back. read more

This place is as awesome as it gets! I have a washer and dryer at home but had large quilts and blankets along with regular laundry to do. I k we it would take forever at home. I read the reviews on yelp and was definitely going to try it out. The owners are beyond friendly and they were very helpful. It was clean and had all the supplies one needs when doing laundry. They do drop off and pick up as well. If you are looking for a great safe place to do your laundry and get done in a flash, this is the place. I called ahead to confirm I could was a king sized comforter and spoke to one of the new owners. She was extremely helpful and quickly answered all my questions. Off to the laundromat! I arrived around2PM to find a well lit, clean and welcoming place. I asked and was directed toward one of many high capacity washers and was instructed how to operate it. Laundry soap and coin deposited and we were off to the races. 45 minutes later to the dryer for another 45 minutes. Results were perfect and well worth the time and nominal expense. read more

Nice, clean, well-functioning machines and helpful staff... What more could anyone ask for (except hook-ups in your apartment)... Great job.

My washer machine broke down and I needed a place to wash. After reading several reviews I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. The ladies were super friendly and helpful ( it has been since college days since I've been to a laundromat). They helped me out and were very sweet to my daughter and I.
