There is a lady there during the day that cleans and maintains this place in very good condition, I can't remember her name but barely speaks English. Wow what a difference when she is there, keep up the good work. I found a new place to do laundry,'it is open 24 hours but I prefer to do it during the day since there is much more foot traffic in the area and in t he business, I've passed by there at night and it is very desolate. You need to buy a card and refill it with money since the machines do not accept currency, too bad for me, it was a great surprise theme I showed up with $10 dollars in quarters. Oh well. I tried another laundromat in mount Washington and it was not cleaned or maintained. I will continue to come here unless it starts to go downhill.
