I was told she was not professional and refused to provide service, even though she had taken in suits for me before a couple years ago which is why I went back and my father went to them for decades before he passed away. She definitely missed out on a lot of money for the service. I will NEVER step foot in that establishment again and tell people to go elsewhere for service because they are not a full service shop anymore. They need to remove alterations on their sign.

And that my daughter and I did question outloud,( but not irrate),the owner seeming to want us to not use all the large washers. We only wanted to get it done. The owner was not forthwith in responding . He seemed annoyed we came in from the start, which was confusing. Our confusion about him wanting to keep a large washer unused, should not have caused his rudeness to us. I didn't talk to him rudely. In the end as we packed up,I did tell him he was rude.
