The owners cleary take pride in their business and havve bothered to make it comfortable. The equiptment seems all new and the dryers don't take millions of dollars like some of the other places I have been to. I hate doing laundry--but this place makes the chore WAY more tollerable than ANY other laundromat than I have ever been to.

There are multiple change machines available. For it to be a small building, it holds a plethora of washers and dryers. There are tables and chairs available for sitting inside and there is a bench outside. The sliding doors for entry and exit are perfect. The bathroom is locked, and attendant has to let you inside. The ambiance is giving laundromat. The service is great if needed. They also have cups for your quarters.

I had a drop off and didn't pick it up for three weeks until I had another drop off. He said I had already picked up the order. He went in the back and brought a pair of pants and sweater and said this is it. I said where is the other part of my order which totaled $31.80 and the two items he gave me totaled $12.72. He said I pick up the other part of the order. I said... no I didn't because I was waiting to drop off another order. I told him I was going to check my bank debits and there was not debit for Evergreen. The other items must have gone to another customer. Since this was only today, I won't know what items he gave another customer until I miss the item. I have been displeased with this type of behavior concerning my clothing but there is no other cleaners in my area. I was using Nu-Yale on Preston but they closed. I will have to find another cleaners.

I did some rearranging and was able to fly and get there at 11:54 yes they close at midnight I've apologized over and over I hate running in last minute but tonight they wouldn't open the door for me and was rude as hell. it wasn't midnight. I use spray tan and do it properly 2 maybe 3 times a month and pay 78$ a month. no that's really the point but definitely should be able to come in and tan no matter what time as long as it's before the actual closing time. another lady in parking lot told me they've had the door locked for almost 15 min. their attitudes. There was no water in either machine. I'm sure prior customers, "whites" wash cycles' probably.. never noticed it or bothered to ask? So' I did! The attendant, She replied' Oh' there's very little hot water here. The "Hot Water" is regulated here. She recommended a warm water cycle. To which was also "Cold"; I noticed, Truly, the dryer's will quarter you "broke". Before a satisfying dry. The "Concession" is closed and inoperable with 0% stock or food supplies. I will not! Very sad to see the quality of employees here. I got the information of the Customer who was verbally abused and many of the customers at the bike shop next door saw the entire thing.

I was a student then, turned off by other neighboring laundry competitor's and UOL campus Laundromat "Price Gouging" just to wash a single load of Laundry. This Laundromat has some of the biggest washer I ever seen. And the Dryer's, I load 3 'Massive Bed' comforter's into the oversize dryers. "Just .50cents mind you". He also had a sign saying that if you are not doing laundry leave- this is NOT "Hotel Louisville" There were no less than 4 panhandlers outside the entrance. Also an older man asked if I knew where he could buy some that "good stuff". Lastly, this place has no card access on the washer and dryers. Only a change option. $8in quarters is an inconvenience. The other three places I go offer card options, making it easier, and less chance of theft. No wifi, one TV, and limited seating.
