I stopped by 2406 Laundrymart on a Saturday afternoon, which is usually a pretty busy time at other Laundromat's, and was happy yo find only a few other people there. The washers are in pretty good shape and they have a solid selection of sizes for bigger sized loads. I do wish there was a person who worked in the laundromat as it seemed it was just customers and I saw a few people having issues with the change machines running low.

I dropped off our clothes like we…read morealways do and everytime we drop off our clothes someone always calls us and lets us know when our clothes are ready or if we need to wait until tomorrow. The gentlemen that I dropped our clothes off said, after I asked, that our clothes might be done around 4. I told him to please give me a call like always and he said he would. So around 4:30 after not receiving a call I tried calling them back and no one answered the phone. I called again around 5:30 and still no one so I went up there. This location has a sign that clearly states that their store is open and attended 24 hours a day. Meaning that there will always be an attendant working there. So I called the management number that is left in the store and a lady answered and said she would come down and get my clothes. This lady is Ashley, who happens to be the district manager, and soon as she gets out of her car, she instantly patronizes me by telling me they now close at 5pm everyday and that this would be the only time she ever comes up to let me get laundry after they are closed. So I tell Ashley and show her the sign in pink and black that clearly states they are open and attended 24 hours. I asked her several times to show me where the store hours sign is. I was not able anywhere in the store to see this sign and she later pulled out a sign that did in fact have hours and claimed it is always posted on the counter. Why would you not post that on the door so your customers can clearly see the new hours and leave up a sign with false information? After I told her this she said she couldn't do anything about it since she isn't the owner and she also got on me about calling another store which my wife did not me. I finally received my clothes and after being called a "smart ass" by Ashley and told I was not welcome there anymore I hope that the owners take this seriously because this is not how you treat your customers at all. There was no nice apology but all I received was Ashley being very patronizing to me and even going to other customers to bad mouth me while I was there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

More convenient than loading quarters into the machines the traditional way, (b/t/w the machines only accept the laundry pay cards, quarters not accepted). Overall, highly recommend when looking for a 24/7 operation.
