I don't have a car and when a business closes in the community it creates a vacuum. There's only one other laundromat within walking distance and I won't mention their name but a quarter of their machines didn't work, the ones that worked smelled and their bathroom was always "out of order." As fall approaches I'll need to wash all my bedding and I'm grateful that Aunt Bee's is there for all my laundry needs!

I work 2 jobs and run a household by myself so a lot of times I come in close to closing time cause that's the only time I can get there. I did some rearranging and was able to fly and get there at 11:54 yes they close at midnight I've apologized over and over I hate running in last minute but tonight they wouldn't open the door for me and was rude as hell. it wasn't midnight. I use spray tan and do it properly 2 maybe 3 times a month and pay 78$ a month. no that's really the point but definitely should be able to come in and tan no matter what time as long as it's before the actual closing time. another lady in parking lot told me they've had the door locked for almost 15 min. their attitudes. The three times I have gone in desperation, I have not seen a soul vacuuming, let alone cleaning the machines. They collect the quarters- that is it! They also close the washers (against the instructions), allowing mildew to grow. There is a tremendous amount of dust in the corners, signs are sloppily handwritten-- but my main point is- the washers and dryers are dirty! And they are relying on the heat from the washers to "kill everything," I heard an employee tell a customer who asked about how often they clean things, because she was thinking of brining the laundry from her cleaning business there. I no longer go to this place in desperation- I will take my chances at the laundromat where an alleged death occurred instead!
