Evening events could be great here too because of the wide open space - a dance floor could be easily cordoned off and used! There is a lot of space to use outside too. At our event, they had yard games set up out there which were a lot of fun to be out in the sun. If you're looking for an event space in the Smyrna area, I had a great time (as an attendee) and was impressed with the space at Brawner Hall!

As I drove…read moreup, the parking lot seemed super small, however, the staff had a design plan that was perfect and ensured everyone had a place to park. The upstairs is a super open floor plan with rooms off to the side. This was ideal as the Bride and Groom had their personal areas which were hugeeeeeee. As they were getting ready the open area was equipped with a portable bar and multiple hi-top tables. Omg! It was so cute. We were able to mingle and take pictures as we awaited the specified time to move to the downstairs area. Once downstairs, the room is hugeeeeeeee. It was perfectly decorated and afforded a sense of style, elegance and amazing ambiance. Once the guests were seated, the bride and groom began to walk down the stairs. When I tell you this room was MADE for such an entrance as this, it was spot on. There is a bar to the front and the main area is a blank canvas which allows you to set it up how you would like. Brea had it sit with a sit down eating space and a dance floor towards the back area. Based on my experience at Venue 92, it has been added to my venue list as the options of use for this space seem endless.

I had my wedding here in April 2016. After looking at a bunch of different in town wedding venues,…read moreI chose the Estate. I needed a location that could accommodate the wedding ceremony and the reception. The Estate was able to do this effortlessly without sacrificing the beauty of the wedding ceremony or the fun of the reception. I loved planning my wedding at the Estate because it is a one stop shop: they did our flowers, decorations, linens, food, bar service, valet parking and our cake! As a busy bride, it is so helpful to not have to coordinate with numerous vendors. The artistry of the floral arrangements blew me away. The venue was a hit with our guests as it is an interesting building that allows the wedding to flow seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. The venue is tucked off Piedmont Road behind a nondescript brick wall and gate. It is the kind of place you've driven past a million times and never thought twice about. Once you go through the gates of the driveway, you won't forget it. The landscaping and trees that surround the Estate make it hard to believe you are in the middle of Buckhead (we got some great outdoor photos). The main house is a historic antebellum home with a huge sun porch, chic interior design and beautiful art on the walls. There are at least 4 spaces for bars in the main house with a ceremony space and ballroom built off the side of the original structure. I'd recommend having your wedding here-- it was easy to plan with the staff at the Estate and the wedding was so beautiful thanks to their work.

Never once did I have to ask for a drink or bite to eat. I wish I could have him with me every day! The food was "the best wedding food we've ever had" and you have an enormous amount of options to choose from. The property was pristine and is obviously kept up nicely. If you are looking for a wedding venue where you and your guests leave saying "Wow! That was perfect. Everything ran so smoothly", then The Estate is the place for you. I never thought a wedding day could run so seamlessly, but mine did thanks to the staff at Legendary events and the Estate.

The venue is super cute and was a great space for the 35 guests who were in attendance. Shana was incredibly easy to work with and allowed me to have a great party without worrying. This was the first time I had thrown a big party outside of my home and I wanted to make sure that everything was great. Well, Shana helped make that happen. I let her know how I wanted things laid out and she made sure everything was set up according to the plan. At my event, I didn't have to worry about details like emptying the trash or ensuring the bathroom was refreshed...Shana made sure that was taken care of so I could just enjoy myself and my guests. It was also nice not to have to clean up once the party was over She also offered recommendations for a bartender (which I used), caterer, DJ and other services which was super helpful. I'd definitely recommend hosting your special event at Kitspa. You'll have a great event and a wonderful experience!

The owner was very nice and assured us that bringing our own mixed alcoholic punch would be fine, he actually recommended this. The day of the baby shower (after he had our money) everything changed he did not allow us to use the punch and had the audacity to tell me that he never agreed to the punch (LIES - we had multiple conversations about the punch) & then he had the nerve to threaten us if he got a fine due to the punch. His exact words were "if I lose my liquor license or get a fine, you are going down with me" Who runs a business and talks to paying customers in this way?? I don't want to pull the race card but I can't help but think he would NOT deal with white customers in this way. We are young black and very respectful - we paid and were nothing but professional. Long story short we used the punch with NO ISSUES no fights broke out no one was shot no police came out. But I would not recommend this space to anyone. Staff at the event were all so helpful, and all of my guests were pleased with the customer service. Their prices are very reasonable, and the wedding packages include so much more than many venues offer. My wedding package included a ceremony & reception, dinner buffet & non-alcoholic beverage, event coordinator, flowers, cake, set up and cleaning fees, gratuities, and taxes. I also liked that I had the option of purchasing all of the alcohol myself (huge cost savings!). I chose a few decorating upgrades, and The Grande (and its sister location The Conservatory) have so many options for decor on hand at very reasonable prices. The venue is beautiful and had lots of great locations for pictures. It was also nice that there are several outdoor locations to choose from for the ceremony, included a covered outdoor area. The bridal suite was comfortable and spacious. My only (very minor) complaint is that the groom's area is a little underwhelming. Everything went so smoothly during the event. All of the staff kept the event running exactly on time and handled everything so professionally. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wedding that is moderately-priced with top notch service.
