We specifically chose Bella because it seemed to be a nice little locally-owned small business, which is our preference on where to spend the money that we work hard to earn. It's disappointing to see that the staff doesn't recognize that there are lots of places from which to choose. If you just want a nice coffee, give it a shot. If customer service matters, skip it.

My husband and I first went there and the owner greeted us as he passed the front door! Not only was he very hospitable and kind, he brought us to the back and showed us where they roasted their beans! We were able to have a nice talk with the workers and they were eager to answer our questions about the way they roast the beans! It left a great first impression!
