I cannot recommend Forrest highly enough. I hired him, based on an excellent recommendation, for…read morethree wallpaper projects in three different spaces in my home, and he and his assistant were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. From our very first conversation, Forrest was thorough and attentive. He asked for photos and videos of the spaces, the wallpaper, the wall texture, and other details so he could arrive fully prepared. He was punctual, professional, courteous, meticulous, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done perfectly and exactly to my specifications. One of our big projects involved an intricate imported European mural featuring a continuous landscape. Unfortunately, we discovered after beginning the installation that the manufacturer had sent the wrong panels. Rather than simply stopping the project and leaving me to wait weeks for replacements, Forrest and his equally talented assistant immediately began working through possible solutions. Their creativity and expertise ultimately transformed what could have been a major disaster and set back into an even more beautiful result than the original design intended. The panels flowed together so seamlessly that even the mural's designer was amazed when I sent her a video of the finished installation. She was genuinely blown away by their work. Forrest went even further, personally mixing custom paints and hand-painting leaves and branches in select corner areas so that every detail blended seamlessly with the mural. A true artist! That level of care and craftsmanship speaks volumes about his pride in his work. As a perfectionist myself, I have very high expectations, and Forrest not only met them--he exceeded them. The other two installations were equally successful, even though the wallpapers presented their own challenges. Throughout all three projects, Forrest and his assistant were respectful of our home, considerate of my family, and simply wonderful to have working in our home. Forrest also contacted me later to check in with me to ensure everything remains to my satisfaction. I still have several rooms I hope to wallpaper, and I cannot wait to have Forrest back. I have never been happier to recommend a professional or a service. His craftsmanship, professionalism, problem-solving, creativity, his amiable personality, dedication to perfection and customer care are truly exceptional. Marie Matthews

Choosing Palozzi Flooring to install vinyl planks in our master bedroom paid off nicely in a…read moretimely, affordable endeavor. Owner Anthony acknowledged our budget and presented many appealing options. Gustavo Felix and Jesus performed the multi-step process from carpet removal to custom baseboard painting. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.
