I was trying to coat and seal the concrete pavers at my home, but ran out of time to get the job done before there were other changes that had to be made that would've interfered with this project. None of that situation was in any way Brian's fault though, he did everything in his power and then some to be able to complete my paver job on time. Then we had everything interfere from scheduling quirks to material unavailability and when push came to shove the timing to do this now just wasn't meant to be. But everything happens for a reason and I will be sure to use Brian and his family for any future projects that I have that is within his expertise.

He gave me solutions when other contractors told me to figure out an alternative (e.g. two previous contractors told me to buy a certain type of vanity based on the location of a pipe and John opened the wall and said, "Nope, I can move or reroute the pipe, there isn't any electrical or anything in the way that prevents it"). I have a handful of examples like that, and it made me realize that the others just wanted to do everything the easy way. He also found a potentially catastrophic problem under one of the showers that had previously been missed. On top of that, I really appreciated that he has an eye for little details - paint touch-ups, visual alignment, etc. Highly recommend.
