My husband and I work long hours and often travel for work, so it's no joke when I say that Sierra was instrumental at helping plan our wedding (we probably would have gotten married in 2025 at the rate at which I plan things...) We booked SBWE as a full-service planner in summer 2021 and we worked together for over a year to plan our October wedding. Sierra was thoughtful, responsive, and detail-oriented at all times and gave us wonderful advice on how to spend our budget. She recommended terrific vendors, kept all of our records in an easy, up-to-date Google drive, and troubleshooted minor issues with a positive attitude. Honestly, our wedding day was perfect in my eyes. Sierra and her team kept me entirely stress-free that day, the vendors were great, and my husband and I are still getting compliments weeks later. We would happily recommend Sierra and SBWE to any couples searching for help with their wedding day -- their services are absolutely worth every penny.

She was always available to answer our questions and help us consider things that we would have completely forgotten about (such as umbrellas for our guests instead of having them suffer in the heat). They were there for us from the moment that we started working with them, even though we only had the day-of-coordinator package (as I'm very type A and wanted to coordinate as much as I could). Dez and her team had regular checkpoints to make sure we were on track and provide guidance on anything we should work on prior to our next meeting. After life took over and I got busy, especially closer to the wedding date, Dez absolutely took over and I could not be more grateful. Everything that we needed, she was only a quick email or text away. Even when I failed to organize all the decor for the wedding, Dez, Jenn, and Holly spent time organizing everything, asking questions, and making sure that everything was perfect. On the day of, they made sure everything was absolutely perfect. I didn't worry about a single thing because I knew they had everything taken care of. From coordinating the ceremony entrances, to making sure we were taken care of during cocktail hour, and celebrated during the reception, they were there for us at every step. Dez has been an absolute angel and celebrated us at every step. We could never fully express our gratitude, but hopefully this is a small way! We would fully recommend 329 events and hope that there's another opportunity to work with them. They are great people and incredible coordinators. Thank you for everything!

We ended up choosing the partial planning package as I wanted help with design along with coordination. Throughout the whole process, Ash was such an incredible wealth of knowledge and responsive (I had A LOT of questions for her, too). While I had hired a good number of vendors on my own, Ash was vital in organizing all our rentals & recommending a florist (who was AMAZING). She also developed a design guide with three different concepts for us to choose from that would help keep the look of our wedding visually cohesive. On the day of the wedding, all we had to do was follow our itinerary timeline and pretty much just show up! Everyone I talked to who had gotten married kept telling us that inevitably something will go wrong, but as far as we were aware everything was perfect. I truly believe that Ash and Tushita (who was brought into the loop a few months prior) were essential to this all coming together--they also made sure to check in with us the whole time to see if we needed anything or to just bring us a cocktail!
