First time trying this place met Tony excellent customer service very knowledgeable great place!

For starters, if my allergies act up as soon as I get inside of the store, something needs to be cleaned. It was always in way less than pristine condition, and as if it couldn't get any worse, the bathroom was always out of order, so it's not like I could blow my nose if I wanted. I usually came for energy drinks like Bang and other things, but with a disgusting sign like the one they had, there was no telling what the drinks themselves had actually been in contact with. I brushed it off once or twice, washing the tops of my cans off when I got, but I got tired of doing the store's job for them. To top it all off, customer service was generally unpleasant and downright horrible. One particular guy I remember being there was someone named Dean... Never gave me a straight answer as to why the bathrooms were ALWAYS out of order. Not to mention he was extremely rude to me and many people around me... I wouldn't dare step into this place again. Went to vitamin shoppe to grab a meal replacement shake. This location was right by my house place is just like any other vitamin shoppes but the one thing that stood out in this location was one of the workers who helped me. I forgot his name but it was younger guy helping me with what I wanted and also helping the person who came with me looking for random things. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Any questions we had he had the answers to them and also recommendations that helped us save money! Highly recommend this location. Will definitely be coming back again. My first go around here wasn't super pleasant. A particular employee I found difficult as he was a bit pushy in saying I have allergies when I told him I was sensitive to caffeine in products. Later on in the conversation, he didn't believe me when I told him I only had a cup of day and insisted it was probably more like two. He also wasn't very understanding of my needs and was very stuck on his recommendation for me. He seemed annoyed that I didn't trust his judgment when I explained I was concerned with the product because it didn't have thorough enough ingredient and nutritional information. However, I have to say that when I came back to return the product, I ended buying from Daniel and Cortney who made the experience amazing! Not only did Daniel totally understand my need to return the product, he accepted it even without a receipt. He was very friendly and also really quick! Very much on top of his game. Daniel was organized and eager to help. I loved that. It was clear he wanted to make me happy with both the return and finding a better product for me...and Cortney helped me to do so! He gave me several recommendations and explained the products knowledgeably. When I wasn't sure about one he picked, he seamlessly went over a different product that would work for me better. He was kind, not pushy, and informative. I really appreciated their help. These kind of places can be intimidating. There are so many products and so many different kinds--preworkout to protein to supplements--ah! I feel like you need bicep street cred to come into one of these places and know everything. Terrible customer service. It's reasons like this that make me think ordering online is better than visiting a store.

Dean answered the phone very rudely and I saw a tall Caucasian employee using his phone while an Indian person with glasses helped me around. Very sad! I will not be shopping with The Vitamin Shoppe if this is the kind of employee they hire! If not for the Indian guy that I mentioned, I would rate this place 1 star! read more

The guy who works at this Vitamin Shoppe on weekday evenings (tall with glasses) has a vast amount of knowledge about vitamins and supplements. Normally I might not review a store that is part of a chain, but this Vitamin Shoppe is my favorite one. If I go there and I don't quite know what supplement to get or which brand to buy or something, I can save a lot of time by asking this guy. He will know off the top of his head what is in everything as well as interesting facts, etc. It's amazing! Other than that, the store is exactly like all the other Vitamin Shoppes that I have been too. It's clean and neat and well-lit. I like that they have a points program, although I wish the points carried over until the following year if you wanted. It's in a strip mall (as they usually seem to be) with ample parking. read more

unclean, dusty store with extremely rude staff. on a lot of their shelves along with their cash wrap, you could see the dust and even feel it. one of the employees had a huge attitude while he vaguely tried to help me but it was clear he had no idea what he was talking about or just didn't want to help me. on the other hand, mara was really nice and helped me find what i needed. i ended up taking advantage of a buy one get one half off deal with the vitamin shoppe brand and was rung up by a bald fellow who also was very nice, though their auto delivery program sounds like it's definitely not worth it. overall i probably wouldn't come back here because i don't want my products dusty or deal with an attitude from store employees who are there to help me. read more

Of all the vitamin and supplement stores I have been to-THIS ONE is by far the best and the only one I will ever go to again. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The store is always open on time and clean and it's always fully stocked with all my needs. The short female manager there (I forgot her name ) has always been very helpful when I hound her with questions regarding items. She even stayed past closing time one night when I was indecisive about which product I needed. I normally don't take this much time to rant and rave about a business but this store is well deserving of my time here. Keep up the good work people. I am your customer for life now. Once a month there is a HealthExpo and I'm one of the vendors that show up at the event. I always get a warm welcome. Clients are directed to my station. While I'm there I do a little shopping and get helped by knowledgable staff . Very nice atmosphere. read more

Terrible customer service. My first negative review, but just had to. When the staff forgot to add an item to my bag, I called to check on it and dealt with a rude associate. He basically blamed me and was short and unapologetic on the call. When I made the special trip the next day , there was no apology or friendliness.
