This was my first time in this particular vitamin shoppe, but have been to several Vitamin Shoppe's. First of all we were greeted with a frown and very negative attitude by the cashier. The purchase we made was rather large and I had $10 in promotional points as well as a 15% off coupon. After the cashier processed our purchase she deducted my promotional points and then was going to attempt to use the 15% off coupon. She realized she could not use it due to using the promotional points first and could not use the coupon second, for some reason. She did not show much concern about not giving us the 15% discount which would have been over $15 worth of savings for us. She just kind of blew it off like it didn't really matter, which it was obvious with her attitude it did not matter to her. She barely even apologized to us and made zero effort in making it right. She went on to tell us that we could use the coupon next time. However, the coupon expires December 31 and I relayed to her I was out of town when it would expire. She Took the coupon and said she would initial it to extend the coupon. She did not ask when I would be back in town to use it and only extended it to January 5. I would still not be back in town to use the coupon before the extension exprired. In addition, I typically shop at a different vitamin Shoppe, which I would assume they would not take a randomly initialed coupon. The level of customer service at this vitamin shoppe was appalling. I have never been treated like this at any vitamin shoppe I have done business. We were treated like she just wanted us to get out of the store. This was just the employees working that day and other employees may be better. However, when you have employees treat first time customers like this, it leaves a bad taste for that store. read more

They refused to honor a coupon after they said they would. They acted like they were honoring it, but then they only applied it to 2 of our 8 items. We didn't realize that we had been overcharged until we got home. I called to rectify the situation, but the representative wouldn't help me or give me to her manager. The manager said they would call back, but never did. I contacted corporate, but they never replied. Terrible, terrible experience. Never shopping here again. read more

This place is the absolute best for any kind of supplement and more! They have many different kinds of supplements including fish oil, protein, creatine, etc. The staff is extremely helpful and the prices are very fair. Much better than GNC in my opinion. I will return here every single time for all of my supplement needs. The only downside is that the parking lot can be a hassle to get in and out of. But the actual store itself is absolutely great. We were greeted today by a young man who intended on helping us but was interrupted by the manager.. She told him to go stock shelves that she would help us. She was clueless.. We ask her for help finding a Thermogenic. Clueless doesn't even come close to the customer service. My husband stepped back & I tried to talk to her.. Nope.. I ask her if she had any samples.. She went to the back & came back with 2 handfuls. I ask questions that I already knew the answer to, just to see if she was knowledgeable... Unreal... Worst possible outcome! I almost always use this location to buy my health products. The staff has always been friendly, treated me well and will even sometime clue you in on upcoming sales that might make you push a purchase back by a few days if it would save you a little bit of money in the upcoming sale.
