This place has a nice selection of craft beer. It's worth stopping in for some of the harder to find beers.

Went in here to grab some beers, and prices are *okay* but the staff is genuinely so ridiculously…read morerude. I grabbed 2 six packs of coors and went to the counter where there are 3 registers to check out. The cashier was clearly busy shuffling back and fourth between the registers acting like he was looking for something under the counter so I took a step back to give him some time until he was ready. Instead, he grabs out a sign that says "CLOSED" and SLAMS it on the counter and stares at me like I have 9 heads. Blank face, no words said. He then continues to give me the silent treatment and shuffles over to the next counter where he then finally decides to speak. He decides to talk extremely condescendingly and says "are you going to check out?" Not "I can help you over here". I then walk over to put my items on the counter and not even 1 second after the items hit the table he's once again talking to a customer like their 6 years old and saying "do you happen to have your ID?" Like maybe give me 5 seconds to get out my wallet. He then scans my ID and while he's doing that I'm grabbing out my card to pay, but that clearly wasn't fast enough for him as after he finishes scanning my ID he decides to wave it all around. He then asks, are you using card to pay? Like no I have my card out and ready to pay because i'm paying with cash Also, I'm not sure if it's because i'm a 24 year old female or if this staff member has always been disgusting towards customers (which from other reviews from a whopping 14 years ago seems likely) but literally every adult male customer behind me also looked just as confused as I did as to why this staff member thought I can read his mind as to what register he'll take me at. I will gladly go around the rotary to Barnum road liquors or down the road to Ayer package store before I ever purchase from here again. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

Sharing a very unpleasant experience that I had this evening at the Craft Beer Cellar in Westford…read more I'll start by saying that I have been a loyal customer for a number of years, starting back in 2015 when Walter and Marc owned the store, and have only had positive experiences with the very helpful staff and great selection. My visit tonight was anything but positive. I was looking to buy a bottle of bourbon that was priced on the shelf for $39 (and there were multiple bottles of this product on the shelf, not just a random one in the wrong spot), however at the register it came up as $59. The clerk then called the owner of the store (Sandeep "Andy" Bajaj) to get approval to override the register and sell it for the price advertised, as that is the law in Massachusetts (https://www.mass.gov/guides/a-massachusetts-consumer-guide-to-shopping-rights). Sandeep immediately dismissed the request, proceeded to call me a f**king beggar and informed me that he wouldn't sell anything to me. He then demanded that I leave the store. It was unnerving how combative he was. We were on speaker phone and both the clerk and I were very uncomfortable with his aggressive tone. I ended up leaving the store and will likely never return as long as it is under its current ownership. It was clear from this encounter that Sandeep is someone who unfortunately does not care about his customers. I would encourage anyone thinking of patronizing this establishment or any other owned by Sandeep Bijaj to go elsewhere, as there are many other excellent options in Chelmsford, Westford and Littleton.
