A groundswell of self esteem built in me that I started feeling in the second half, and it's never gone away. I learned invaluable tools in handling the parts inside my psyche, that I still use frequently. I've also built some friendships with other men here that are unlike anything I'd experienced before, and they continue to grow. I think the negative review posted here is from an individual who didn't engage with the material or the other participants. This workshop is the real deal, and the more you engage, the more you get out of it. The men who volunteer their time to put on the workshop are amazingly skilled and experienced individuals, and in my experience also truly care about feedback, just as they care about all the men who show up. This organization not only heals men, it also heals society as a whole by sending healed men out into it, empowered by love, and not by some Insta-influencer.

I'm grateful to call many of the men I went through this group with my brothers! I have a deep love for these men. The sense of community and the support I developed as a result of this program is truly beyond anything I could have imagined!! I've just finished going through it a second time--this time supporting the men going through the program. It was a great honor to witness other men experience the transformations that I did!
