    Homemade cinnamon bread pudding...so good!

WOW! WHAT A SURPRISE TO FIND THIS GEM on a back road. Don't let the golf course setting fool you, the food is 5 star worthy! As summer residents in the Lake George area, we're always looking for new restaurants with tasty food. A Corinth local at a firehouse pancake breakfast recommended The View while we were chatting about the lack of restaurants in the southern Adirondacks. She said it's at a beautiful wooded golf course called Brookhaven, which technically is in Porter Corners (a tiny blip of a spot) but is really near the town of Corinth. Anyways, the turkey club sandwich is made with real carved turkey baked fresh on site daily. My husband ordered it on our second visit (rather than get the Saturday night special prime rib...which I got and was excellent.) He had a bite of mine. The horseradish sauce was more horsey than sour cream and was on point! The baked potato was excellent too. My only tiny complaint was their could have been a few veggie sides to lighten it up but when you order prime rib you know that you're in for a heavy duty meal. The couple we went with were dessert folks so we ordered the bread pudding with vanilla IC, caramel and whipped cream. Also homemade and decadent. We left stuffed and happy. Will be going back again soon! If I can add photos, I'll show you the prime rib and bread pudding.

This is the perfect place to stop for some great service and high quality food - whether you are a golfer or not. I recently ate here for the first time, and our server, Kate, was super friendly and helpful. We tried their Buffalo chicken dip, the chicken parm hoagie and their western burger. Everything was delicious. Their onion rings came out perfectly (just the right onion to batter ratio!) and the horseradish sauce was a tasty accompaniment. Can't wait to try their prime rib on Saturday night!

We loved it. The turkey dinner was outstanding, just like Thanksgiving. Nachos very fresh. Prices are reasonable. Great place.

Came in for dinner on a Monday evening, sort of off season. There were only a couple of others in…read morerestaurant, and we were seated promptly. There are dart boards and shuffleboard table, which were not in use. Our server was attentive and friendly, as were other staff we interacted with. Beer menu is extensive as you would imagine from the name, and they also have a separate cocktail menu (but we did try). Food was very good. I had The Cask. As long as you like goat cheese, you should like this sandwich. I loved it. Other meals included the pulled pork sandwich and Reuben. All were good. The order of garlic and rosemary fries are very crispy - good for snack or just pair with some beers. Overall, decent place and service. I would return!

Lake George, NY - with 16 craft beer selections on tap plus an extensive list of bottles and cans…read more(many niche labels I've never heard of), this is the spot to hit up if you like beers. We stumbled in for a late bite on a quiet winter carnival weekend and there were only a handful of patrons, mostly locals sitting at the bar. The bartender (and our server) Edward was friendly and kept an eye on us and made sure we had what we needed. The food is solidly average pub fare, not bad and perfectly serviceable, but it shouldn't be your primary objective if you're a foodie hunter like me. But on a main drag littered mostly with mediocre bar-restaurants charging tourist prices for tourist indifference, I'll take "just fine" as a win. I'm not much of a drinker but my husband liked his can of Copper Legend lager so much that he ordered another one to go. The location is conveniently central especially if you're staying on Canada St. or doing activities at the lake.

Perfect everything. Absolute wow. Have been wanting to come…read moreto Seneca for a while now and so we made a reservation for an after graduation celebration which is super easy to do on their website. Upon walking in the host and servers were super nice and we were seated promptly. The space itself is super nice! Not crowded at all but definitely means you should make a reservation as they are super popular! Food was amazing! DO NOT MISS THE ROLLS! I'd come back just for the rolls, they were so soft, fluffy, and light with the perfect flaky salt on top to balance with the whipped honey butter. Delicious! Everything else was also great, the hanger steak is also tender and loved the hash that came with it and the crab spaghetti had ample crab meat in it. Presentation was gorgeous. Love the seasonal menus and you really can't go wrong with anything here. We skipped out on dessert but I'm sure there's great options too. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

What we ordered: -Berry cosmo 5/5, sweet but strong. -House made Parker house rolls: 5/5, these are a MUST.
