This studio is highly professional, inspiring and fun! I cannot say enough superlatives about the manager Juanita Franke ! She is extremely professional, engaging , kind and generous . Her mastery in anatomy , physiology and exercise science is exemplary! I love attending her classes ! She explains the exercises so well and clearly , as well as the benefits and physiology of w he at she is doing . As a client and a PT every session with her is a party for me . The majority of the instructors at this studio are also highly professional , knowledgeable, motivational and engaging . Some newer instructors require more supervision and training in my opinion but as I said the vast majority of them are extremely qualified and well versed in exercise science and quite creative in their approach . Especially notable in addition to Juanita , are Chloe, Sofia and Wendy . Pilates is a great way to keep in shape in a very fun way . I hope I can continue this wonderful exercise modality forever and I highly recommend this studio in Charlottesville under the masterful management of Juanita Franke .
