When I said the pressure was too strong, the staff member blamed me and said it was because I was on my phone, which made no sense and felt very unprofessional. She just left suddenly during the massage. What bothered me the most was her behavior afterward. She raised her voice in the hallway, kept pointing at me in a very disrespectful way, and made the whole situation uncomfortable. When I asked her to stop pointing at me, instead of handling it professionally, multiple staff members came over and forced me to leave. The decór was appropriate and certainly added to the serene ambiance. They have different rooms with different themes, and they are appropriately dark.
