I had LomiLomi with Kate. This massage is really special, it helps with emotional weight and during difficult time. It requires the masseuse to have not only a lot of knowledge about the unique technique but also open heart and mind because she uses her entire body and energy including breath to focus and release physical and emotional tension from the body which are interconnected system. It's a holistic type of massage and I could not have asked for more. I had tears in my eyes and I felt instantly lighter upon leaving the place. This is my favorite type of massage and not many places know how to properly perform it. Kate combined the LomiLomi with a little bit of deep tissue and thai stretching at the end which was perfect. My husband had deep tissue and thai stretching with Amie and he loved it as well. He works out a lot plus he coaches soccer daily on youth pro level so he is constantly under stress and moving a lot. He told me she was a tiny lady so when he saw her he was afraid she won't have enough strength but he was so surprised haha she was really strong (and that's what he needs). Amie found all the tense muscles. I am glad she also stretched him well because he doesn't stretch at home and gets really stiff which drives me nuts because I am super limber! Haha :) My heart is full and I am so happy we found this place, see you next month!

While I don't mind really hard massages, there's just some days where you just want a nice soothing massage that still works your muscles. I also appreciated the fact that she was gentle on the parts that are sensitive for me. The only thing is that the room is really really cold! Otherwise no other complaints. The parking is easy.

She was sensitive when she needed to be and rough and tough as nails when she needed to be and I appreciate that. She found the knots and addressed them painfully but skillfully. Combo Thai and Swedish. Deep pressure and stretching. The price board said 90 minutes would be $100 but my gal said $115 at the end. I paid $140 (that's including tip) and that's about $10 more than I was expecting to pay but she earned it. Facility was inviting and friendly. Easy parking.

Very disrespectful experience…read more The rule about not using phones was never clearly communicated to us in advance. No one explained it or told us professionally before the service started. When I said the pressure was too strong, the staff member blamed me and said it was because I was on my phone, which made no sense and felt very unprofessional. She just left suddenly during the massage. What bothered me the most was her behavior afterward. She raised her voice in the hallway, kept pointing at me in a very disrespectful way, and made the whole situation uncomfortable. When I asked her to stop pointing at me, instead of handling it professionally, multiple staff members came over and forced me to leave. This was one of the most disrespectful services I've ever experienced. I would not recommend this place.

Been a while since I've written an update ~ I have been to Seven Falls a few times since my first…read morereview. Almost all the girlies in my family have also tried them out because of how great they are. My mom and I got a couples deep tissue massage a few months ago and it wasn't very good. All of the women we had in the past weren't there anymore so we tried new massage therapists and we left disappointed. BUT we shared our thoughts with their team and for Mother's Day we went back and the therapists were so nice and made sure we left feeling amazing. Good lesson to give a biz a second chance. Love ya Seven Falls!

First time here. Made reservations for a couple massage and a facial in advance. Online…read morereservations are easy to make except when scheduling for the same type of treatments (e.g., hydrofacial). However someone from the spa called and then texted me with follow up questions, which was helpful. They only have 1 hydrofacial machine so were unable to do 2 of this type of facial treatment at the same time. Can do certain facials together in the same room if you are booked for a couple massage, but not the hydrofacial (which makes sense). So I opted for a different treatment while my sister received the hydrofacial treatment. My facial treatment was specifically for a skin concern, but to be honest, it just felt like any other facial. The aesthetician was nice, but didn't seem too familiar with certain skin conditions and topicals used (e.g., tretinoin, clindamycin, etc). The facial wasn't bad, but just felt like it wasn't specifically tailored like my normal facial back home. The hydrofacial was nice per my sister, and the aesthetician was also pleasant. Although redness of the face does not always indicate rosacea... Most of these types of spa tend to indicate rosacea even though it is not. The cost of the facial treatments is fair. The full body massages were good. I requested for a deep tissue massage and my sister requested for a Swedish massage. Both massages were great. I added the hot stone therapy for an additional $10, which was nice. Pricing was also fair. The facility is clean and the ambiance was relaxing. The decór was appropriate and certainly added to the serene ambiance. They have different rooms with different themes, and they are appropriately dark. The front desk female staff was also very nice and welcoming. They provide you with slippers to wear also and have a storage shelf to place your shoes. You can also request for no CBD oil, etc. Parking is also widely available throughout the plaza. Overall, will likely come back for a massage in the future if in the area, but will likely skip the facial. My usual massage therapist is great, and the pricing is also lower than here. However, this spa's ambiance is definitely better and more serene.

945 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026…read more It's been a minute ISpa since my last visit. I don't know how long, must be years? $40 for single entry, limited to 6 hour maximum. There still is the 10 pack deal, total of $50 discount. New to me are the leather chaises and massage chairs in the common area. Is it me? The leather chaise absorbs body heat especially after the Fire House. It was possibly the heavy cotton uniform that you're issued. Seemed like the females out numbered the males 10:1. So many pink uniforms in the common area. It's unfortunate that there is no talking allowed in the Fire or Salt houses. Even with whispering, it's very annoying and bothersome. I suppose it could be worse but it really disturbed my relaxation. Even though the spa provides free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, it's still bulk industrial cleansers. It dried out my skin, didn't feel very good after showering. It's just slightly better than rinsing off the sweat in a hot shower. The men's TV room was blacked out, no TV on, a large quiet room. But, who can find peace in there with loud snoring and other noises coming from outside or the AC ducts. The cafe is still there. Didn't eat but the delicious smell of bul-go-gi was so amazing. It got me hungry. You have the ability to charge purchases to your card on account by providing the locker number assigned shown on the provided wrist bungee key holder.

The entrance fee…read morefor single access to the amenities and common area was $40, and they accept credit and debit cards. There was plenty of parking right in front, though it was quite busy when I arrived. They offer full-body massages and skincare services, and the spa itself was clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. However, once I entered, I noticed the steam room wasn't hot at all. it was just warm, with sprinklers. The Jacuzzi felt murky, and the cold plung had too much chlorine which made my eyes burn. The steam room was the main reason I came, for a warm, muscle-soothing session, but it just wasn't relaxing. I told the staff, and the manager, Asia, was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Still, I was aiming for a hotter steam, and I believe a proper steam room should have a strong flow of steam not just a warm room with sprinklers. That said, I left within 20 minutes but I give this spa five stars because of the cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially Asia, who handled everything with care and understanding.
