Through the rollercoaster of planning a wedding during COVID-19, Adri remained cool, calm, creative and flexible. She helped us downsize our 300+ person wedding into a gorgeous and incredibly special micro wedding with our immediate families. Adri is an incredibly detailed process manager and her design sense is unparalleled. But what really sets her apart is her beautiful spirit and passion for creating extraordinary events. It is truly a joy to work with her, and she radiates a calming presence that puts everyone at ease. She treats her clients like family, and is kind and collaborative with every vendor. There were so many instances when Adri went WAY above and beyond the scope of our contract to make sure every our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. Even her amazing husband Gabe (who is a full-time firefighter) showed up on multiple occasions to help! Thank you to the Creative's Loft and its one-of-a-kind founder, Adriana, for making the most important day of our lives so perfect, memorable, and uniquely magical!

She took the time to learn about us and hear what we like, and carefully curated the wedding of our dreams (with, of course, her unmatched creativity). Miami is an intimidating place to plan a wedding, and she made the process smooth and easy. Having someone with expertise surrounding budgets, reliable vendors, and flexible venues is key to being stress-free while planning a wedding. We got so many compliments from guests saying it was the "best wedding we've ever been to." I'm not sure if my husband and I will ever be done looking at pictures from our day; it was the best weekend of our lives. Forever grateful for Adriana + team for making it happen.

As a wedding planner who hadn't previously organized a full-scale Indian wedding, she not only exceeded our expectations but left us utterly speechless with her dedication and attention to detail. For context, this was a Gujarati and South Indian wedding with events including a welcome party/mehendi, grah shanti/haldi, sangeet, wedding and reception. From the moment we first met with Paula, we knew we were in good hands. Despite her limited experience with Indian weddings, she approached the task with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about our culture and traditions. She took the time to understand our vision, preferences, and cultural nuances, ensuring that every aspect of the celebration was authentic and meaningful. She navigated many changes in plans and ideas throughout the long planning journey. She made many things happen that we were told were "not possible" by certain other vendors. Planning a four-day Indian wedding is no small feat, but Paula tackled it with grace and precision. From coordinating multiple ceremonies to organizing intricate decor, entertainment, and logistics, she handled every aspect of the event with professionalism and expertise. Her meticulous planning and flawless execution meant that we could relax and enjoy every moment of our special celebration without any stress or worries. Even when small details were missed (we forgot to order straws for our welcome event), Paula addressed it swiftly so that neither my husband and I or our guests were inconvenienced. She was attentive to our needs throughout the night while seamlessly running each event to perfection. During the wedding weekend, we were blessed to have Cynthia helps us through each moment as our personal shadow - she came prepared with everything necessary in an emergency kit for a wedding and was there to help my husband and I through it all; both Paula and Cynthia truly made our weekend so enjoyable and memorable. But beyond her exceptional organizational skills, what truly set Paula apart was her warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for what she do. She treated us and our guests like family, going above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and cherished throughout the celebration. Our wedding weekend was a dream come true, thanks to Paula and her incredible team. She didn't just plan a wedding; they orchestrated a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will cherish forever. If you're looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your special day unforgettable, look no further than Paula. She is simply the best in the business! Read Less

We paid for a luxury wedding planner to plan the welcome party and wedding day. She had no hand in the welcome party and just showed up to the venue the day of. Not only did she not fully plan any part of the weekend, she barely helped. I repeatedly asked her for suggested vendors, and she wouldn't provide them. I reached out to vendors and got quotes on my own, negotiated the contracts, and tracked deadlines (all things she was supposed to do). My repeated emails went completely unanswered, so I ultimately had to do the work she was paid tens of thousands to do. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Only hire her if you're looking to make your wedding planning experience worse. If you're looking for a less than mediocre day-of-coordinator, who is unlikely to do anything she says she will - Paula is your best bet!
