There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Paula. She made our wildest of dreams come true and truly executed the most special weekend of our lives. We would not change a thing about our wedding weekend, and considering it was 3 days of events, that says a lot. Every event exceed our expectations and truly brought to life our vision better than we ever could have imagined. Paula made the planning process, which many describe and stressful, fun and exciting and I enjoyed every minute of it. I was definitely a type A bride, but Paula continuously reassured me and I knew that nothing could go wrong with Paula in charge. Paula is extremely organized, professional, diligent, and cares about your wedding as if it is her own, handling everything with such care and attention to detail. She fought for us to get us the best deals possible and ensure we were taken care of at every turn. We felt as if she truly made the impossible possible and no request was silly. Her planning calendar kept us up to date, clear on what action items needed to get done at each specific step in the planning process, and helped us track our budget clearly as we signed contracts. Paula was extremely respectful of our budget, being honest with us when things were not worth the cost, and helping us find cost effective ways to ensure we got everything we wanted. She is a fantastic negotiator and we really felt like we always got the best deal with her. Over the wedding weekend, we felt as if we were a king and queen. Paula made sure we were taken care of at all times and was continuously checking in on us as she over saw the set up of each of our events. We knew that we did not have to worry about a thing but enjoying ourselves and celebrating our love because Paula had it all covered. We were fortunate enough to have Paula's employee Cinthia join us for our wedding day, and we would be remiss to not give Cinthia a shout out as well. While Paula oversaw all of the set up, which was no easy task as we had the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in 3 different locations, Cinthia was on bride and groom duty, steaming ours and our bridal parties clothes, making sure we were hydrated and fed and on time throughout the day, carrying anything we could possibly imagine needing on her at all times, and checking in on us to make sure we were generally okay. Paula and Cinthia are truly the dynamic duo! We cannot recommend Paula enough, she is a gem and any bride and groom who get to work with Paula and her team are in the best hands. It is now 7 weeks post my wedding, and I am still dreaming about the perfect day and weekend that wouldn't have been possible without Paula! Paula is a true gem - patient, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and extremely well respected in an industry that is competitive and tough. Every step of the way, Paula had amazing recommendations and ideas to create a weekend that was perfect for US. She was mindful of our budget, and honest with us about where we should spend a little more or less. The weeks leading up to the wedding, she handled everything behind the scenes and was there for us when we needed. It is no secret that wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but Paula was a calming presence throughout and never expressed an ounce of stress or tension! She spent many hours on Zoom calls with us (and our parents) walking through ideas, timelines, contracts, and answering any questions along the way that came up. She has great relationships with everyone - photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, you name it. It was clear that vendors enjoy working with her, and definitely gave us a leg up when booking some of our vendors. Our rehearsal dinner on Friday and wedding day Saturday at the Biltmore could not have been smoother. Most of our guests were coming from out of town (mainly NY), and many people told us how impressed they were with how smooth the entire weekend went with literally no hiccups. A few hours before the rehearsal dinner we decided it was cold and wanted outside heaters. Paula somehow made that happen - heaters were at the venue, everyone was warm and happy, and I wasn't involved in a single phone call about how it happened. Paula's assistant Cinthia was absolutely incredible. Paula had told us that Cinthia would be with me (the bride) throughout the entire day and that I would love her. That's an understatement- Cinthia is truly the BEST. She was at my side all day long, with a fanny pack that had anything and everything you could possibly need. She held all my belongings, handing me my lipstick when I needed to reapply, helping me hold my train of my dress when walking, she even massaged my feet after the ceremony before getting ready to go to the cocktail hour. Paula and Cinthia were in communication throughout the day making sure everything was on track. Looking back, we wouldn't have changed a single thing and we owe it all to Paula. We already miss our regular communication with her and are envious of all the brides and grooms who will get to work with her in the future!! read more
