During events, guests regularly…read morecome onto our property, chase our chickens, park up and down the road making it difficult for residents to get through, and even drive into our driveway. It has become a repeated problem that seriously affects the surrounding neighbors. What is even more concerning is that, to our knowledge, the building still does not have a proper occupancy approval, despite concerns being brought to the county multiple times. Nothing meaningful seems to have been done to address the situation. As far as we can tell, there are also no wheelchair-accessible restrooms available for guests, only portable toilets outside. We understand people want a place to celebrate events, but there also needs to be responsibility, respect for neighbors, and compliance with basic safety and accessibility standards. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

Really, really poor service. We were working with Brooke and had around $2k of plants in carts for…read morepurchase when she waved to someone, said, "I have an appointment.", and literally walked away. We pulled our carts to the front ourselves and asked the checkout shack staff for help. The clueless blonde said she didn't know what was going on either and did not offer help. We sat there in the sun until Brooke sauntered back, we got a couple more things and checked out for $2,600+. We got a $0.20 rebate through their Rewards program. Yes, a twenty cents for $2,600+ purchase. They wouldn't even give us free delivery, so that was an extra $200. Fast forward to $200 delivery, which amounted to wind-shorn plants in the back of a pickup truck. The trunks of two $300 trees were bouncing off the tailgate where they had fallen over. One tree was near death, with the entire top covered in crunchy dead leaves, browned branches and leaves severly eaten by insects. We refused the one tree and returned to Barn and Blossom to pick out a different tree, until we were told we had to pay another $200 delivery fee. NO, WE WON'T PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO REPLACE THE NEARLY DEAD TREE YOU TRIED TO DUMP ON US. After, $2,800+, I would have expected a basic level of courtesy the first time we were there, at least the second time, but no. There is zero service and if I could give negative stars, I would. We have alot more yard to landscape and it won't be through Barn and Blossom. The response from Barn and Blossom's owner was, "We are glad you won't be coming back as you are not welcome." Such poor service, even from the owner...now they created a Disney level fantasy novella below about how great they are.

I attended an event here a few days in a row and have to say this is such a collaborative and…read moredecent space for events. It's not too fancy but it definitely gets the job done. Large meeting spaces, huge lawn, and the staff is attentive. The building has multiple floors for many events to be going on at a time. The staff at the front desk know answers: about the events, about the building, and about Spokane in general. I can see trade shows, business events and seminars being hosted here successfully. They have wi-fi as well as A/V equipment.

There was a severe thunderstorm, so instead of waiting outside I went just inside the first set of doors for shelter. My ride was very late. One employee stayed inside the building - I suppose to make sure I didn't steal anything or vandalize the place. The president of the club got a nasty e-mail from the building manager the next day saying this employee had to stay 45 minutes overtime, and this was unacceptable. Well, it wasn't exactly fun for me either. At the time I was thinking how nice it was to have shelter from the continuous lightning and pouring rain until my ride arrived. But seeing the e-mail they sent to the club has totally turned me against the venue. I will never attend anything there for as long as I live in Spokane.

The staff...we're talking the owners to the cleaning crew...are exceptional beyond belief. Everyone is more than willing to help make the couple's day go without a hitch. Each staff member has a smile on their face and wears their heart on their sleeves. The facility is immaculate inside and holds numerous textures for fantastic photos. There isn't anything like it in Spokane. You have to stop by just to see the bridal suite alone...it's a photographer's dream!

The venue itself is incredibly beautiful and it is paired perfectly with incredible staff. (Bonus points: They have Guinness on tap!). Kim, who was our McGinnity room coordinator, is one of the most wedding-knowledgeable people I have ever met. It was very clear from the start that she knows what she is doing and she loves her job. I seriously can't explain how awesome it was to have her be there for us. We still (2 years later) have friends and family mention how awesome Kim was and how fun/ beautiful our wedding was. Another bonus point: I called Kim to see if she could get us one of their pies for my Wife and I's first year anniversary as a surprise- not only did she get us a pie but she handmade a cobbler too! She then decorated the venue with lights and a single table and chairs for my Wife and I to sit and enjoy some champagne and pie. She seriously went above and beyond. 10/10 have definitely recommended this venue to friends already.

The main area has a bar, small stage area, a fireplace with nice lounge chairs, an open space for seating, and a convenient area to hang your coats. It also has the loft upstairs with a second bar and more tables. It really is such a neat space. We did the buffet style meals and had "south of the boarder". So, chips, salsa, tacos. Everyone really enjoys the food! The dessert was also delicious! The event center also does drink tickets, which was perfect for what we were doing! We purchased each attendee two drink tickets that can be used for alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. They allowed us to bring decorations and set up the space to meet our needs, but if you aren't looking to decorate yourselves that's fine because it's already beautifully decorated. All the staff from fantastic, from booking the event to the night it all happened, they were great! I can't wait to visit again - hopefully in the summer when we can have the large doors open and enjoy some sunshine. Thanks for the great experience!!
