We were not expecting the cold rainy weather but Kami made sure everything went smoothly, that we stayed dry for photos, warm when dancing, and everything went smoothly. I felt underprepared when planning and she answered all kinds of questions for me. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and we worked together to make my vision come true. She also assisted me with my other vendors so everything went perfect! My guests are still talking about how beautiful the day was. 10/10 would recommend! It was everything I dreamed of and more. There are so many beautiful locations for photos, the ceremony area is beautiful, and Kami has lots and lots of decor options to make your vision happen.

Then came the best part, eating an assortment of finger sandwiches, including the cucumber sandwich. The whole experience was so much fun, sweet and savory snacks served in abundance. There were kids with parents there also that entertained us with a singing presentation. The venue is cozy and nostalgic, lots of places to relax and lots of photo opportunities. The kids were entertained with creating crafts, making crowns with sparkling jewels. After that we visited the donkeys and pony and horse. We had such a great time I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. We highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting to spend the day taking a 20 minute scenic drive from Spokane to Clayton. Thank you Stacy and family for a memorable life exper

My favorite part about this place is the inside of the barn which was magically transformed into the perfect setting for the reception. Most guests wouldn't know this, but the barn has really cool rooms for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready/hang out in. The girls' space is sweet and has room for ladies to gather, relax, and primp. The guys' space is more about keeping the guys busy and has a foosball table! The owners are kind and made us feel right at home and made sure the happy couple stayed happy at all times. Thumbs up for On River's Edge!

Our August wedding was magical thanks to Pam and Bob Brown and their wonderful venue on the Little…read moreSpokane River. We visited six wedding sites and knew the minute we walked up the driveway that "this was the place" for us. The Brown's property allowed us the many little locations we wanted for our very personal and detailed celebration. Our loose theme was "woodland bohemian," incorporating live music and a family-style summer supper, served outside, then dancing in the barn afterwards. Pam graciously answered our questions through the process via phone and email and we visited a few times before setup to take inventories of the many items they provide, as well as measurements for our decor. -- This place is really unique in that, along with the rental fee, which is in line or below other venues, the Browns' offer their clients tables, chairs, dozens of mason jars, candle stands, urns, chalk boards, and more to use as you wish. We decided to use their chairs for our ceremony by the arbor and rented wood chairs for our dinner tables, which worked well. We used their tables and rented table clothes, which also saved us money. The grounds are wonderful and we found that having the enormous lawn with games for the few kids who attended was fantastic and allowed their parents to really enjoy themselves. Pam Brown was on hand throughout the evening and worked as hard as anyone there - it was great to have her nearby to let us know where things went during cleanup and to help things along. Our wedding celebration is something we will never, ever forget because of the special unique setting and amenities of On River's Edge.
