It is an invalid email, it just bounces back. I checked my CC statement and found the charge went to a company called Cattails and Calla Lillies and it has a different phone number, that number is no good too. I've filed a dispute with my CC company and I plan to file a complaint with BBB. Don't know if I'll get my money back, however, I hope it will prevent others from falling prey to these criminals. Update: 5/24/2026 Went to BBB website to file a complaint and when I entered "Tulsa Blossom Boys" or "Wild Orchid Florist" nothing came up. I believed at the time of purchase, I would be unable to attend the services. The floral arrangement was intended to be a gesture to convey to the family my thoughts were with them and sorrow at being unable to attend. I was able to attend, and was so mortified at what was received by the family as my before mentioned intended gesture. I am not someone who thinks the finished product has to/will translate exactly from the picture provided. I have purchased arrangements four previous times, in similar circumstances and have never had this experience. Not even something close. I believe that several factors could have contributed to my experience, flowers having to be substituted or the vase perhaps. This was a blatent disregard for what was ordered. The arrangement had a completely different vase, except for the color and had approximately ten blooms, that was including the greenery. This was a dismal display of workmanship, I feel my gesture would have been better received if I had arrived, roadside bouquet in hand. I am to embarrassed to offer my apologies to the family. That these were not my feelings in regards to their loved one. I'm leaving this review in hopes of preventing this from being someone else's experience. Your business cannot fix a problem if they were unaware there was problem.

She took the time to explain what happens to most real flowers when you try to dye them blue (they don't fully bloom) and recommended blue silk flowers. The majority of the blue flowers were silk and they looked so beautiful! We went with her to her warehouse to hand pick which type of real florals/greenery we wanted, which was honestly so fun. She created mock bouquets so we could tweak them and we ended up with the most gorgeous mixture of real/silk. She not only did all of the beautiful florals and greenery, she also decorated the stairs and did our centerpieces! I highly recommend working with Lisa and the Vintage Rose for your wedding day!

I spent $11,022.11 and did not expect it to be like this. As you can see from my attached receipt, I rented 12 window walls and 2 solid walls but did not receive what I paid for. Tent and walls were scheduled to be set up on Wednesday for my Wedding on Saturday. On Wednesday, tent was put up but no walls and they were about to leave without letting me know. I had to stop them at my gate and asked why there are no walls. I was told that they have no window walls and that they need to order them and it may not get here until Friday. KEEP in mind, my wedding is on Saturday. They ended up putting crusty solid walls up and told me that they'll come back on Friday to put up the window walls when it arrives. On Friday, I did not get any update whatsoever. So I called Terri, I was told that the window walls they ordered has not arrived yet. Terri said that they'll come out on Saturday morning to set up the walls. HOW IN THE WORLD will they be trying to put up walls the day of my event?? Told Terri it is not possible Saturday and I will not have them come out fixing to intervene my event. So they ended up coming on Friday and put up UNMATCHING shade colors of 1/2 soild &1/2 window walls. I rented walls for a reason! To prevent dust and wind from going inside too much. And for Partypro to have no walls from having to constantly taking the walls up and down it was very irritating. This created lots of dust inside the tent that got everywhere on the silverware's, decorations & Etc. It's unprofessional to offer something that they don't have! The dance floor I rented was not installed correctly and was a hazard (I've attached a photo). They saw it but were too lazy to fix it. Keep in mind, I paid for them to install this. When my sister brought it up to their attention one of employee said they we will have to pay for them to fix it. How ridiculous is this?
