I would not recommend this place. Rented from this place for my Wedding and it was a nightmare. Terri, the sales rep is very unprofessional and also has horrible customer service skills. I spent $11,022.11 and did not expect it to be like this. As you can see from my attached receipt, I rented 12 window walls and 2 solid walls but did not receive what I paid for. Tent and walls were scheduled to be set up on Wednesday for my Wedding on Saturday. On Wednesday, tent was put up but no walls and they were about to leave without letting me know. I had to stop them at my gate and asked why there are no walls. I was told that they have no window walls and that they need to order them and it may not get here until Friday. KEEP in mind, my wedding is on Saturday. They ended up putting crusty solid walls up and told me that they'll come back on Friday to put up the window walls when it arrives. On Friday, I did not get any update whatsoever. So I called Terri, I was told that the window walls they ordered has not arrived yet. Terri said that they'll come out on Saturday morning to set up the walls. HOW IN THE WORLD will they be trying to put up walls the day of my event?? Told Terri it is not possible Saturday and I will not have them come out fixing to intervene my event. So they ended up coming on Friday and put up UNMATCHING shade colors of 1/2 soild &1/2 window walls. I rented walls for a reason! To prevent dust and wind from going inside too much. And for Partypro to have no walls from having to constantly taking the walls up and down it was very irritating. This created lots of dust inside the tent that got everywhere on the silverware's, decorations & Etc. It's unprofessional to offer something that they don't have! The dance floor I rented was not installed correctly and was a hazard (I've attached a photo). They saw it but were too lazy to fix it. Keep in mind, I paid for them to install this. When my sister brought it up to their attention one of employee said they we will have to pay for them to fix it. How ridiculous is this? read more

Wow!! I was just blown away at what a great job Party Pro Rents did. I had an event for approximately 1200 people. We rented chairs, tables, table cloths, and tents. They were on time and professional. There was some miscommunication on my end regarding the tents, and instead of making me look elsewhere they actually ordered more tents. This will be my third company to work with in the Tulsa area, and I will say, hands down the best to work with! The set up person was even gracious enough to take our picture for us. Last minute I needed an 8 person table and table cloth to fit my in laws coming in town for Thanksgiving dinner. I was easily able to pick up the table and a beautiful festive table cloth. Bonus it only cost me $12! Would definitely recommend and use Party Pro Rentals again! read more

Our ministry has use Party Pro Rents for all of our events and they are great! But today they have gone above and beyond! With all the Thanksgiving holiday plannings we forgot to order our table cloths Contacted Party Pro emergency number and they meet me within an hour to give them to me!! Rented a table, chairs and patio heater for my wedding. No one could be home for delivery or pick-up, but they had no problem just leaving/picking up from the back porch. All items worked great. They even allowed me to update my order just a few days before the event. read more

I rented from party pro for my wedding. The chargers for the head table were wrong. I did have to wait 2 weeks to get back in contact because there has been so much going on since then , but they were no help. They said there is nothing they could do for me. They asked why I didn't call the day of the event to have them exchange it...I didn't see the rehearsal until the rest of my Guests it was my wedding. It would have been a $10 refund on there part instead since they aren't help, in writing this review. read more

I recently used Party Pro for a small party at my house. I rented some chairs, a couple of tables, and some table linens. The ordering process was a breeze. They have a great showroom where you can see the linens on the table and how they'll look with your chair selection, etc. I was worried that I wouldn't get much attention with such a small order, but that was definitely not the case. Delivery was a breeze. The only hiccup is they originally delivered a very wobbly table. I think the delivery guy was a little annoyed I wouldn't accept it, but he didn't complain and came back a few hours later with a good one. They delivered 2 days before my event, so there weren't any timing issues with the replacement. I also noticed that I received 1 oval and 1 rectangular tablecloth instead of 2 rectangles. It wasn't a big deal and I didn't even ask for a replacement. Pick-up was a bit of an issue. I don't recall being told a particular pick-up window on ordering, just that someone would call to pick up. Well, Monday morning I got a call at 8:30 saying someone would be by to pick up in about an hour. I told them I had a meeting and wouldn't be home at that time. The delivery guy told me I had a 9am-4pm pickup window that I needed to be available for. (7 hours?! That's worse than the cable company!!!) When I told him I really couldn't be there and couldn't lift the items to leave outside myself, his supervisor called me. Party Pro, if you're reading this, you have a serious issue with your delivery supervisor. I am not exaggerating- the man called me and from the minute I said "hello" started going off on ME about how they couldn't arrange pick-up to suit my needs and I was supposed to be available during the 7 hour window. He wouldn't even let me get a word in! I had to repeatedly tell the guy to "calm down" before explaining that I wasn't demanding a particular time, just saying that I hadn't reserved my entire day for pick-up. He finally chilled out and agreed to pick up the next morning. The guys who finally picked up were professional and friendly. I really don't know what that whole original fiasco was about but that man seriously needs some customer service education. I would use Party Pro again because I think the one supervisor was an anomaly and every other aspect was good. read more

Everything went well until after the items rented were turned in. We had stains on two of our linens that we were aware of and assumed would not come out after a wash. When we received our final invoice we were charged for 4 linens instead of the two that we assumed we would be charged for. I asked to personally see which linens were stained and they were ok with us coming to their facility. Upon arrival my husband was then told that they were incorrect and we are only being charged for two. The owner, Scott, came back with a total of $50.82 it may not seem like much but when their invoice says that the linens only cost $13.32 each there is a problem with the calculation. Scott said that he did not charge us for the damage waiver but $13.32 times two plus $24.18(damage waiver) = $50.82. When we mentioned his calculations to him he then proceeded to tell us that it was a typo and whoever gave us that price was wrong. This price was sent to us via e-mail by Party Pro Rents staff. We shouldn't be charged for the $24.18 damage waiver because that was originally charged to us before the rentals were picked up therefore he was trying to make the charge to us twice. When we argued these calculations & said that we were not going to pay this due to Party Pro Rents making incorrect calculations Scott called the police & threatened that he would take us to court. This man handled his business very unprofessional. He even went as far as telling my husband that I was a "f'ing idiot". All of his items were returned with no damage with the exception of the linens that we were already aware of and willing to pay the HONEST price for. Customers be careful of your rentals, don't allow yourself to be taken advantage of by this company. read more
