They offered a refund for the backdrop, I took it, never once addressed the lack of communication or acknowledged they said they would call me and didn't. Your choices are to take what they give you or have a blank space where the balloons are? I asked if they could fix the backdrop and they said it's too far to go and come back. This business is a JOKE! I guess if you want to plan a party and ruin it, they would be a good fit but other than that, stay away.
