Only one small concern is sometimes if you have to use both the SF Facility and the Daly City one (she has two locations depending on the procedure), ensure your insurance company does not confuse the location as this caused confusion for me, the staff and others (issues about being in network and then a denial, etc.). This was all cleared up. The procedures are all minimally invasive, short, and you are back on your feet almost instantly. The doctor speaks with you during the procedure, time flies and next thing you know it is over. As much as I wanted to choose South Bay Vascular Center and Vein Institute because of their excellent ratings, if after two cancellations and the way I was treated on the phone is any indication of how their medical treatment runs, I did not want to find out. There is a lot of demand for healthcare in California, especially for small businesses. However, you need to prioritize the customer service and understand that your patients have busy lives.
