Dr Hill properly diagnosed my vascular issue and on my return performed an ablation. Leg is great now.

One of those times I had an 8:30 am, I was the first person in the office. I still waited an hour, combining the time I sat waiting in the waiting room and then waiting on the doctor. Another time I waited 30 mins in the waiting room and 45 mins in the room waiting on the doctor. A couple other times I waited almost an hour. I thought at first this was a one off kinda situation. I doesn't seem to be that, it's the norm. All the staff are really nice, 5 stars for them. Something needs to be done to make things more efficient maybe, the wait times are inexcusable. They're always super duper running behind....even if you're the first appt of the day, they're still somehow going to be running behind.

This review is long overdue! First, I have to express my gratitude & respect for Dr. Lisa Hwang…read morefor her expertise, gentle care throughout the process, eye for details and is no doubt the whole package. I have been interested in a breast augmentation along with other breast changes for years as no matter what I did with my yo-yo weight loss journey my breasts remained to be a big concern. Last year, I was at a point of frustration with my breasts and pulled info for 2 surgeons. Two appointments were made with both surgeons and fortunately, the first appointment was scheduled with Dr. Lisa Hwang. I was nervous and anxious but I was ready for a change. After my initial consultation, Dr. Lisa Hwang who listened to my concerns/ wishes and answered all my many questions. She also presented all my options, reviewed the whole process step by step to post surgery recovery schedule and after conversing through it all, I felt confident I found my surgeon to do my boob job and scheduled surgery date a couple of weeks later. Surgery Day - I was ready! I was excited and had anxiety, too. Once Dr. Hwang walked into the room, I became calm and relieved where she started to outline my breasts for surgical prep. I had confidence in Dr Hwang's attention to detail and she truly understood what I wanted in the final results and executed it on point. Post Surgery - I will not lie that I was in discomfort, cried, struggled and hated most my restricted sleep position as part of the healing process but had to follow through on doctors instructions. Dr. Hwang was amazing. We were communicating daily via text and via the secure web platform where I uploaded breast pics, too. I felt I was in genuine care with Dr. Hwang and her responses were exactly what I needed - prompt, thoughtful, thorough and clear. I did experience a hiccup in the healing process for a breast a few weeks post surgery which is not uncommon and had to undergo a mini surgery to remedy the issue which was completed in her office. After this procedure, the healing went much more smoothly and without altering the breast aesthetic too much for it to be noticeable. It's 7 months post surgery and I'm so pleased with the final results and so is my longtime boyfriend, too! I'm so happy and in I love that my breasts have enhanced my body silhouette. I can see my waistline! If anyone is looking for a female surgeon with integrity, trustworthy, an expert and knowledgeable in her field and genuinely cares for her patience, Dr. Lisa Hwang is the doctor of choice. Dr. Hwang is a friend for life. Thank you so much, Dr. Lisa Hwang.

Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward. The surgeon is incredibly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented. My results look natural and exceeded my expectations. The care didn't stop after surgery either -- follow-up appointments were attentive, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and kindly. I would highly recommend Dr. Hwang to anyone considering a breast augmentation. You're truly in expert hands here.

I first came to Dr Parsa in February after a mental health crisis as he was the only doctor in the…read moreSan Jose Area who had availability to see me the next day. I was suffering from SEVERE clinical depression and having suicidal ideation all day, everyday. I was already in Therapy, but felt I also needed the help of medication to get me to a place where I could be more productive in actually healing my trauma vs constantly being in survival mode. I went to him as a last resort because I decided that I wanted to live and was willing to do whatever it took to get better. I had very little hope that anything would actually help me after an entire adulthood of trying almost every supplement and natural healing method under the sun to treat my depression and having only temporary, mild results. I was in tears my entire first appointment with Dr Parsa, his associate and a nurse. I was ashamed, hopeless and felt pathetic. I was in one of the lowest points of my life. Dr Parsa and his team were all very friendly and empathic and spent much longer than a typical appointment time with me to make sure I was ok and that I was given the proper attention. I felt the most cared for out of any doctor's office I've ever been to in my entire life. Dr Parsa came up with a plan and closely monitored me to make sure I was benefiting from the prescription and to adjust my dosage. While the first depression meds weren't the right fit (as is generally common), the second meds have helped me tremendously and Dr Parsa has been by my side the entire time, continuing to help me to find the best solutions for my health. I am somewhat nomadic at this point in my life, do not have health insurance or a fixed address and was concerned about how I would be able to see Dr Parsa and be able to receive my medication. He and his staff have been flexible with telehealth appointments and have recommended me to excellent pharmacies with the best prices. Thanks to Dr Parsa and his team, this incredibly difficult time of my life has been made easier and I've felt supported every step of the way. He and his team go out of their way to make sure their patients are well taken care of and I am grateful that a random google search sent me their way. I will continue to have Dr Parsa as my primary care physician for as long as I possibly can as he genuinely cares about his patients (even called me after typical office hours to make sure I was ok), suggests supplements, diets and alternative therapies to be used in conjunction with western medicine and I have NEVER felt like just a number, even though this is typical with other Doctors. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you so very much for saving my life Dr Parsa and Team!
