Not only was the wait time unacceptable, but I also had to have the procedure done twice during the same visit due to what appeared to be internal disorganization. To make matters worse, while waiting between procedures, I overheard a consultant openly telling someone that the center is actively double-booking appointments. It is completely disrespectful of patients' time to deliberately overbook a clinic, leading to massive delays and a stressful experience for diagnostic imaging that is already anxiety-inducing for many. I chose this center expecting professional care and efficiency, but instead experienced complete chaos. Management seriously needs to address their scheduling practices and operational flow. I will not be returning.

I can choose either location depending on my schedule. My review is for both locations. I have had poor vision most of my life and dry eyes for the last decade or so. Outside of one eye doctor I saw in another State (Dr. Fitzgerald at Advanced Vision Care) I have had really bad experiences with eye and vision care. Most places offer long wait times, care that seems rushed, very traditional only methods of treatment that land at you missing out on key ways to improve your eye health (like taking vegan Omega 3 EPA and DHA to help with dry eyes) and doctors who are not on top of all of the new options out there for their patients. Dr. Lazar is none of those things. She is always on time and never rushes. She always offers new ideas on treatments like Omega 3 that has made a massive difference in my eye and skin health. Dr. Lazar is beyond skilled in eye care and is also very lovely. Without question she is my partner in my eye and vision care. Recently I bought lenses at the Darien location and worked with Suzy Ademoski. She too was just lovely. I walked out with lenses that were much thinner that my old ones and even block out much more of the sun while still being clear glass. I can actually drive with them in the Summer and not need sunglasses. Susy also offered me every discount that she could to make the purchase easier on my wallet. I highly recommend both locations for trusted eye care.

I brought an antique brass dual pen holder to the owner of Tool Logistics, Cawthon Smith. for repair and restoration in January 2013. Only after repeated calls to him over 4 months with several weak excuses from him for the delay, and a final message from me that if he did not return my pen holder by COB the next day, I would report he and his company to the CT Department of Consumer Protection, did I get my pen holder back in May. The pen holder was not repaired properly - it still showed damage from the two broken pen holders. There were defects in the brass finish that were not present when I brought this item to Tool Logistics for repair. And, the brass finish had not been lacquered so I had to take it to another company for refinishing. Avoid this company if you want quality, on-time metal repair and refinishing work, from an honest vendor.

This location was very clean, had minimal employees, and minimal foot traffic. They leave the front door open when it's nice out so the waiting room doesn't get stuffy, but of course you also have the option to wait in your car, conveniently parked 15 feet away from the front door. It is the only Quest location I have ever experienced a timely appointment at - most other locations I experience at least a 20 minute wait, despite showing up 5 minutes early. Maureen W was absolutely lovely - a fantastic nurse and personable, too! I have pretty tough veins, they roll and are difficult to see/find to begin with. Maureen W was the first nurse who not only got my vein on the first try, but was actually able to position the needle to follow my vein up - I have never seen my blood flow so quickly! Seriously, the most efficient poke I have ever experienced. I ALWAYS develop wild bruises after bloodwork, but I am happy to report that I have absolutely no bruise 10 hours after my appointment. Chatting with Maureen during the appointment was really great. I've had limited contact with the outside world since the pandemic began, and now that I'm fully immunized, I am glad my first real conversation I had with a stranger was with Maureen. She empathized with my small talk and left me feeling excited/hopeful for the future. People like Maureen give me renewed faith in humanity.

We had already been through several procedures in our state and it made sense to get a second opinion, especially after a recent episode. We decided to come back for the surgery required. They worked with us and our doctors in our state to get the tests done, so the procedure could be done easily. Scheduling was very good. Communication was excellent. They have made this difficult decision far easier . With two offices, it makes this much easier and they offer updated procedures.
