If you want to be smart, stay away from this company. The owner is dishonest, does very poor quality work, and took four months and still never completed the repair and refinishing work that was ordered by me. I brought an antique brass dual pen holder to the owner of Tool Logistics, Cawthon Smith. for repair and restoration in January 2013. Only after repeated calls to him over 4 months with several weak excuses from him for the delay, and a final message from me that if he did not return my pen holder by COB the next day, I would report he and his company to the CT Department of Consumer Protection, did I get my pen holder back in May. The pen holder was not repaired properly - it still showed damage from the two broken pen holders. There were defects in the brass finish that were not present when I brought this item to Tool Logistics for repair. And, the brass finish had not been lacquered so I had to take it to another company for refinishing.
