The people that run it are not very nice, always in a bad mood and kind of theirs. I took my vape(I had bought there a month priority) I didn't have a paper receipt but had used the 15 points under my partners name, so there is a record, I don't yeah I don't appreciate being taken advantage of, especially because I have a brain injury and my life has been incredibly challenging. I am on disability and my rent is $1000 and on top of that is of my food for the month and my phone bill. I have no idea why people think they can treat me, and other people like that. There is no reason to be a assholes. It doesn't, serve anyone.

The guy that helped me was super informative and knowledgable. Professional but easy to talk to at the same time. The shop is well maintained and the products are organized well. The staff here has a wealth of knowledge regarding the products and is very well informed about how the products function. The vapor juice selection here is well varied. I ended up getting the eleaf battery with the atlantis top piece for a very good price and have also been shown how to use my product fully. Overall, my experience here was top notch and I would definitely recommend coming here when you're in need of anything vaporizer relevant, or just repairing a broken piece. Five stars!

I'm a total noob to vaping and the sales guy (I think his name was Pacu) was unbelievable! He was friendly and helpful and really helped alleviate a lot of confusion I had and helped me make an informed decision. His down to earth and friendly attitude made me a customer for life! In comparison, I went to a different vape store the other day called City Vaper, which was my first store vape exp, and was met by ppl who didn't know anything about vaping and just got irritated with me when I asked questions and told me to do my research online...I wish I had of came to lucky8vapes first! I myself purchased the smok nord and it was misfiring in my purse which burnt the top part of the pod, Pasu and Steve who was there to help me kindly to switch it out with a brand new pod for $9.99. After replacing the pod there was still a burnt smell so they helped me soak it, moral of the story is they are passionate to help their clients. There is two locations one is on Cambie street and one in Richmond check them out! Really outstanding customer service.

Someone recommended this place to me and I was definitely not disappointed. It is a great local place to go to if you are a starting hobbyist looking for electronic parts or just someone who need parts for random things. The first time I went to the place it was packed with people from hobbyist, students studying electronics and needed parts to general people requiring parts for an elevator. The place is not big, but it is packed with a lot of things related to electronics. Staff is super nice and helpful in finding you the things you need. I like that they don't try to sell you what you don't need or make you buy a higher price item. If they can't find it, they can order. Price is a bit higher, but this is the place if you are not buying bulk order and don't want the hassle of shipping. There is side street parking which is free. They have a website that you can browse and shop items by categories. The website also has tutorial on starter and intermediate projects that the staff has done, which is cool! The only downside, would be that all sales are final. Saying this, I found the specific electronic parts I wanted and definitely will be back again!
